Very unprofessional and stressful
The amount of stress this company has caused us is incredible.
First, they told us they were going to start the job on a specific date, and they never showed up for weeks, and they didn't bother to tell us. We had to keep phoning them to find out what was going on. All this time our house was a complete mess because we had moved everything around to make space
A month and a half later, they started the job. It was supposed to be a 10 day job and it took them 2 months. It was 2 months of a lot of stress.
Even though the job wasn't finished we kept getting calls from the plumber asking if we could pay because he wasn't getting paid. We thought this harassment was very unprofessional and kept adding to our stress. We shouldn't have to know that you are not paying your employees, and we shouldn't feel guilty about it.
Finally, when the job was finished we paid them. However they still need to send us our insurance papers but they are ignoring us because they lost our house key and they don't want to admit it.
The owner is very unprofessional, the whole job was very disorganised from start to end. They are still causing us a lot of stress even months after being finished. If I could take all of it back I would.
The bathroom looks good, but it is not worth all the stress LTI people have caused us.
