The drawing tool is very difficult to use
The drawing tool is very difficult to use; it's hard to get rid of the initial circle and it isn't clear that lines and polygons are to draw the area with.
Apart from this, the website is okay.

LSBud is very good but not UK PowerNetworks
LSBud is very good. But the service is limited by the charging policies of the providers on there. UK Power Networks have been charging customers £50 for plans despite their website saying plans are free to domestic customers. Their policy is that only the homeowner themself can request plans for free. So if you are buying the house but have not exchanged, they invoice for £50 despite very clear wording on their website.
