It’s a scam. Don’t order anything from them. We ordered a carpet 2mx3m. They sent us confirmation and tracking number. After 3 weeks we received a toy carpet 20cm. In a small package from lozelo! We were shocked! We contacted them and asked for refund and return. They answered the same auto answer! We are sorry. We will check the issue and come back. They never came back with answer! We managed to take back our money with the proofs( screenshot of order, and emails) that we had through our bank. But they keep contacting our bank and asking for money! They say they have delivered an item to us and have right to get the money! It’s still on going discussion with our bank!

The absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had! The rug I ordered was never delivered i stead a small version was delivered and now I am teying deperately to correct the problem. No one answers or replies to emails and I am stuck with the wrong rub!!

Only scammers, no other things to say. Don't buy, you will just loose money

They are cheater. I have purchased a 1.5 x 2 mtr Mat and I received a Mat which 1/10 th size. I contacted them many times and returned the shipment also but no refund issued. No response yet.

Be careful big scam carpet never received Instead a small doormat A shame for thieves to flee!

SCAM ! ordered a large rug for £60 , received a small mat the size of a hand towel....Astrid D doesn't exist , just a ruse to stall you.

This is not even A 1 * I only put as I had to , now I ordered a 2*3 metre rug and received basically a large hand towel!!!!!!!!!

My order seems to have disappeared in my emails.

I paid 69£ and waited 2 n half weeks for a hand towel!!

Ordered and paid for a huge rug. Received a very thin door mat. 'Astrid' fobbed me off at customer services and is now ignoring me completely. Total SCAM

Do not buy from them, it's a scam!!! I payed 170 and got nothing !!! No refound no answers, I will tell anyone to be aware of this scam!!!

I would not even give this a one star. Ordered a lozelo rug cost 49.99 euro. Received a miniature table mat. No customer service contact despite many attempts

My order never reached me but in the tracking system appeared that I refused the package (which it wasn't true). When I asked why this message appeared some guy named Astrid told me to contact the delivering company and sort it out with them. Bare in mind that they haven't provided me any name or contact info of the delivering company. I received a tracking number when I placed the order and after several days it stopped working and when I noticed that, I sent them an email. This was when I was given a new tracking number from a website in bulgarian (although the order was supposed to arrive in Romania) and that Astrid guy told me to contact the delivering company to ask were my order is. The next day after he had given me that new tracking number, it appeared the message "refused by the receiver". From this moment forward all my other emails where I asked for the contact info of the deliverer and asked them to contact the deliverer and have the package delivered to me, or to give my money back stopped being answered to. After 4 days of no replies I realized the website is a scam.

The item shown on the website is not what I expected so I would like to return it.

Ordered a €70 'luxury' 2 x 3 metre rug from this website. They sent me a hand towel? I've contacted them by email and they have blocked me so now emails are not delivering. CLEAR SCAM
