Customer service was very good but quality control was very poor in my experience. My first order contained several prints with bent edges and also with uneven borders. After raising this with Loxley, I received replacements but the borders were exactly the same (sloping from 12mm to 10mm and therefore obviously slanted to anyone who looked at them). I then had to arrange a third set - these were fine, but by then it was too late to use them in setting up an exhibition I am involved with.

Always a super simple process to order prints. And it's great to recieve the finest quality at very competitive prices.

Print quality is superb and the colour accuracy was spot on to my calibrated screen, I didn’t use any profiles. Delivery was quick and the packing was super robust so no chance of damage in transit. Will definitely be switching over from my current German supplier!

Superb quality and great service

I've used Loxley colour numerous times over the last decade, previously I've always been happy with the results. This time, not so much. I had carefully scanned a lot of old B&W photographs for my mum, they were small images which I enlarged and therefore expected a loss in quality. They came out okay. But the photos that were taken on current modern camera's were not great. As I said before, I've never had an issue before and in all honesty I can't remember if I clicked the "AI correct" button or not, but the modern pics were all darker than expected and that was what was disappointing.

The print quality is great. The one letdown is DPD! The parcel arrived with water damage and the corner torn that had penetrated the outer two layers of packaging. Fortunately the prints were protected by a waterproof inner wrap, which is a plus for the robust 3 layer packaging.

product great as usual and absolutely no worries with regards to sending direct to client without seeing it first. delivery instructions were followed so that the piece arrived when requested.

I'm always happy with the quality. The process is frustrating. Auto colourgrading is not wanted & when printing an album, there is a secondary upload that gets put into spam mail everytime.

From the moment I signed up to order from Loxley it was great. They had a call with me and helped me understand more about the printing papers and what they are best for. The order of the various print papers and the calibration shots were super helpful. I really like Loxleys brand from all aspects!
