Repeat Customer - Still Happy!

I used Low Energy Supermarket a couple of years back when I put a new off-grid solar setup on my garden shed. Two years later, my 80W panel and Victron Inverter/Charger are still working like champions! I decided to uprate the old lead-acid battery which had reached the end of it's life, so I bought a 100Ah LiFePO4 battery for not much more than the cost of my original 70Ah deep-cycle battery. The difference is night and day.

Another 80W panel to double up my solar input and I'm a happy bunny.

A minor issue with the battery at first which just needed a tweak on the charge controller setting, but customer service responded to my emails promptly and were prepared to replace my battery if it was faulty, but all in the garden is rosy after I'd adjusted my inverter.

Good products at competitive prices, rapid and trouble-free delivery and a company I will be more than happy to continue using.

Ordered a twin pack of low energy light bulbs equivalent to the old 100w.I needed them quite urgently but had no worries as they arrived quicker than expected. Obviously packed and shipped on the day of order,very efficient so well done !

Ordered a low-flow shower head to replace one I'd used - very successfully - for many years but which had started to leak. This is exactly the sort of thing which, in these water-stressed days, we should surely all be using as standard. Unfortunately - and I do prefer to support local businesses if I can - plumbers in my area claimed never to have heard of such a thing! So on-line it was... The shower head is as described, works well, was reasonably priced (no more expensive than many 'standard' ones), and was delivered quickly. No doubt I shall be back for more

Bought some LED light bulbs. Good value. Arrived on time. Worked well.

They have poor customer care: I wrote a review after having emailed them three times asking for advice: they never answered but replied to my review( now deleted ) that it was my fault that I never questioned the device function. Their tone was agressive and not helpful: buyer, beware of their service!!
