A very impressive selection of glasses and I appreciated that it does take some time to make up the prescription of the sunglass lenses. They are just what I needed.

Just received my sunglasses which I am very pleased with. Great service and price.

Repeat customer. Have bought from them for a few years and have no complaints about it. In fact, they check the prescription if asked and if they notice errors, they will contact to advise what they recommend

Awful - Be Very Wary
I ordered glasses in October, after not hearing anything for three weeks I emailed customer services, it took numerous attempts for a reply. They then lied they had emailed me, after a further two weeks and more ignored emails, I had to contact Paypal for a refund. Miraculously the order was dispatched two days later. The glasses received one pair is okay the second not so great.

Great choice. Easy to navigate website. Affordable glasses. Customer service good.

Delivery is beyond slow though. Waited over three weeks for one pair and over five for another. Shame as it does damage the experience.

Really easy to order and fast turn around time. I did wonder if I would like the glasses having not tried them on or whether they would not be so clear but they're brilliant and really good value.

Great value compared to the high street. Got 3 pairs with 2 prescriptions and one with reactolite coating for less than half I was quoted for 2 pairs where I had my eyes tested. Resolved a delivery issue to my satisfaction. Just placed a second order so clearly I'm happy to recommend.

Save yourself some money and just buy a properly fitted pair from a high street optician. I thought I was being clever purchasing online and saving cash.i ended up with a tiny pair of glasses that looked like the belonged on a kids face.
A £200 paper weight that I will never wear. From now on I will buy on the high street so I can actually try them on and make sure they fit.
An expensive lesson learned.

Great Price , Great Glasses

After ordering with low cost glasses, I read the reviews on here and thought 'oh no what have I done'. But I have to be honest, I have had no problems at all. The customer service team got back to my quiery really quickly. My glasses came when they said they would. The glasses are better quality that I expected for the price. No complaints at all, I am going to order again.

Attractive and well made varifocals but need a little adjustment for positioning.
I guess that’s the advantage of opticians but you pay a heavier price.

Have used low cost glass for years
Generally good experience but did had a recent experience which was annoying they did the prescription wrong (even though mine is saved )
They wouldn’t budge and I was out of pocket

Cheap glasses - yes. Aftercare - non existent. The suggested help for glasses that arrived really bent and out of shape - ‘bend it back into shape yourself’. When they snapped, I had to purchase new ones. These took 2 weeks to arrive…
