As a truck driver, I think loves have stepped away from looking at the drivers views. They’ve cut the showers completely off so if you don’t use them in seven days, you lose them love fails to realize that a lot of drivers cannot stop or use the shower every day the prices are gouge as far as food. The merchandise they carry for drivers is ridiculously high. They give no breaks to driver whatsoever anymore. They have gotten big and they have lost reality and touch and compassion for the drivers. This is why I will quit using love from now on. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been a year since GM Luis Cruz threatened me with a G. U. N. Company never reached out and clearly doesn't care about their employees. I wouldn't let anyone I care about work at this Loves. He threatened after I called him out for watching employees OF (after he fired her bf) and then bragged about it to workers. GM was sleeping with the RM while her husband worked under him. Sad I wasted 2 years of my life training for R.A.M just for that guy to come along and literally do whatever he wanted. Set up his own personal cameras and was just a creep the whole time. I feel sorry for his wife out in Arizone that was just getting cheated on for a year.Store 733

At loves #724 Lake City, FL gas truck stop the gentleman working the register was so kind, polite and welcoming to everyone who entered the store. Store was clean and stocked. It makes a big difference when employees are pleasant and respectful. That’s where I want to spend my money.

This company is a horrible place that takes advantage of common people. So I attempted to get gas at the pump. Put my card in and did not work so went inside to pay for it. They STILL put 175 dollar hold on my account and refuses to do anything about it. They know what they are doing. Rotten to the core. They have now caused 2 bills to bounce and they said oh well! Who cares if your electric goes off in 29 degree weather. Not our problem. What happened.ro you??

I called for a price to fill 100lb propane tank and they wanted to charge me 300.00 dollars they think 100lbs is 100gal tank try training your employees so they have a clue

All I wanted to do is park so I can use the dog park and go inside and get a drink and some foods to continue my trip. I wish I could attach pictures. Every spot for parking are for employees only and in front of the store, every spot taken by cars with the word " employees only" hanging inside the car from the mirror! I just turn around and left! I will not be using Love's again!

Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. The female manager is the very worst i seen in a long time. Add on, the staff member who come out to fill my propane bottles, hostile, rude. Other employees said, well he got many complains...

Is this the way to run a business? Do truckers deserve to be treated like shit? No more

Me and my wife decided to take a road trip across America. We traveled from WA state to New York, then to Virginia, then to Arziona. Then to California. Then home. Loves was unexpected and we fell in love with them. We were traveling for 2 weeks in our jeep. We slept at loves and took our showers there. We never once felt unsafe. And all the loves staff were friendly and just really genuine people. I highly recommend them for snacks and gas. We ate alot of fruit from them and the hummus Togo was surprisingly good. I will be honest the coffee was hit hit and miss. (We are coffee snobs) We musta stopped at 30 loves throughout our journey. I cant say enough about them. I highly recommend there services.

There's a pending charge of $175 on my cc from my stop at Loves in Jasper, Tn., for gas only. It cost about $15 to fill my tank. I will never get gas there again.

Iwas in the Love's in Brush Colorado on a Greyhound trip. I've been in this Love's before and was excited. Last year on a Greyhound trip I had purchased a knife for my wife but she had lost it. By chance they had the same knife. I went to purchase it and was asked for ID. I got my ID out and asked the lady not to scan it. She then raises her voice at me aggressively stating "It's clearly posted in every door that"; however, I interrupted her stating she didn't have to be rude. Her response was telling me I could leave the store.... So I took the employees picture as well as the clearly posted we scan ID's for tobacco and vape products but saw nothing stating that they scan ID for pocket knife purchases. This is the worst customer service I've ever gotten from any business ever in my life. I may never even consider stepping foot in a Love's gas station again, nor refer anyone else to shop there lest they receive the same treatment.

Night weekend, female manager with short hair at loves on Muskogee Turnpike is extremely rude unhelpful and straight lied to me. I tried to do a refund on a $40 charger. I had bought at a loves over two hours away while traveling the previous day. I had an unopened box and the proper receipt for my return. She was extremely rude and acted annoyed when I said I needed to do a refund. She then informed me she can’t do a refund because I didn’t buy it at that store. I told her the store I bought it that was over two hours away and that made no sense. She informed me I would have to go back to the loves. I bought it from to get a refund and when I told her to let me speak to a manager or someone else because I didn’t feel like that was correct she told me she was a manager and there was no one else I could talk to. When I asked for her name, she rudely told me to move out of the way and let her help someone else then begin ignoring me. So I went outside and called another love to see if this was correct and they told me no that was an absolute lie I could do a refund at any of the loves location as long as I had the correct product and correct receipt which I did have!!!!I would try to go to another loves but this is the only loves within 70 miles of my house so I can’t just take it to another loves. It was completely ridiculous, unprofessional, embarrassing, and stupid. I will never go to another loves especially the one on Muskogee Turnpike again!!!!!

If I could give negative star I would. 5 hours and still not even started trying to change my trailer tire. I’m a daycab tractor and now I’m out of hours to make it home. I’m 33 miles from home. Never stopping at this worthless dump again.

My app and card aren't working.I showed the cashier my fuel receipt yet she couldn't give me a shower pilot would have done this. So I will no longer fuel with you appreciate your lack of costumer service

Manager named Spring in Lodi, CA let 2 men into the women's restroom without announcing them and while there were 3 women using the facilities. I was very uncomfortable and felt violated. I confronted her about it and asked for the corporate number and she got offended and "escorted" me out after getting in my face. She did not apologize for her actions and lied to another customer about the situation. There was no matinance being done the whole 30 minutes I was in the store. The worst was that she didn't care that I felt uncomfortable or violated but just shrugged it off. When I told another woman walking into the restroom that she let's men in, she stated "yes we do. For matinance we sure do." The only problem was....they did not do matinance they just talked about it which they could have done in the hallway or closed the restroom for 5 minutes. Very rude manager. I still cannot get the feeling to go away and it happened at 2 in the afternoon!

Thank you to all the Love's truck stops with dog parks. We travel with our Great Dane and these parks have been a lifesaver! We seek out Love's everytime we need to stop. Everyone has been friendly and the restrooms clean. Thanks again for making road trips easier!
