Excellent service...what you order is exactly what is pictured on the website ( unfortunately can't say that about many florists/plant suppliers). British growers aswell which is rare. The recipient loved her orchid gift :)

Have been buying orchids from them for years. Took advantage of the recent offer on mini orchids and ordered 4 white ones. Price immediately went up ( seems very special offer was only on ‘pot luck’). However, I really wanted white ones so went ahead. When they arrived they were all pink. Wrote to them and they said that these were variation on white ( really?) and refunded me £5.50 as a gesture of good will. But I’d really, really wanted white!

Absolutely wonderful experience arranging our wedding centrepieces with Love Orchids! Andy and Danielle went above and beyond to sort out a special request order for such an important day for us. The orchid arrangements that arrived are in perfect condition - they are breathtaking and we couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely fabulous, healthy and beautiful orchids , with lots of bids still to open .Well packaged and I was well informed regarding delivery . Only slight disappointment having chosen a mixed pack was to get 3 out four pink orchids. Two of which were very similar . Also ordered as a gift for my sister and she luckily got an orange one and a white one in her mix .

This is my third purchase from this company. Every time I buy, the plants have arrived in perfect condition. Delivery has been prompt and the packaging has been impeccable, ensuring no damage to the orchid plants.
I have a regret, not got any room for more orchids, well might be able to squeeze a couple in!!!!

I am very impressed. I ordered six lucky dip mini Orchids. They are a lovely mix of colours and came beautifully packed, on Valentines day, which was very special for me, having lost my husband last year. A big thankyou to Love Orchids. ❤️

Dreadful customer service when they get something wrong. Makes you wonder why you tried to help them put their error right. Should have just let them deliver the 2 orders placed not just to the wrong addresses but also the wrong order and then let them sort it at their cost! And they tried to infer it was partly our fault for amending one address. No appreciation of the effort made by us, the customer, to sort it out and no understanding of the stress this caused to an 89 year old who just wanted to send 2 nice gifts. Will never use again and they obviously don’t care as in their own words “I completely understand if you don’t want to buy anything from us again”.

Put in my first order from Love Orchids. It seemed to be very good value so I wondered if they would be ok. they arrived today and are lovely. Very pleased and will order again

I love orchids so was delighted when I found this company. I have now placed several orders. The orchids have come well packed and last for months and I still have several from previous years, so I have over 40.

I would highly recommend this company. I am addicted! I love receiving them and feel the need to place an order.

THEY ARE A RIP OFF - AVOID

My gift for my sisters wedding anniversary never arrived! The address and post code were correct.They have never had a parcel.go astray before.
I've emailed Loveorchids who have not responded and I now see that it will take them 2 days to do so.Not acceptable. Finding a telephone number was difficult,and when I called there was no reply!
I'm very upset, and feel I've let my sister down.

Fabulously packed and gorgeous, fresh quality orchids - I am absolutely delighted!

Searching for a specific orchid brought me to the website. And whilst I couldn't find the orchid there, I bought an orchid pack. This reached me within 48 hours and I was impressed by how well it was packed. The plants were not damaged and, as of now, everything looks healthy. A bit of the potting mix had dislodged, but nothing that cannot be rectified.

Collection superbly & securely packaged, promptly posted, plants arrived undamaged. Selection of colours is excellent. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

I ordered an orchid plant in a pot which was delivered by Royal Mail (RM), upon delivery I was disappointed as the orchids had come out of the pit and the moss and bark was all over the box, RM had poorly handled this delivery. I emailed love orchids and uploaded pictures of what I had received, they responded immediately and acknowledged the poor handling by RM. They offered me a like for like replacement which was delivered by DPD which was received in good order.
I was very impressed with how the matter had been handled.
