Product broke when unpacking. Spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to raise a customer service ticket. Then it's simply been ignored. Follow up messages sent, weeks later, still nothing.
This company used to be known for their exceptional customer service.

Given information was brilliant.
The information on the product I bought was very thorough, I also had a read of the information on how best to use the product for maximum effect. The info was very direct, outlining possible ways it could go wrong and warning that if things went wrong to stop using it till symptoms went away.
