Ali was very accommodating and a very good communicator. Their place in Miami is well appointed as described. Their condo was clean. It was comfortable for 2 people. I only gave it a 4 star since it is fairly small and the 2nd room described as a bedroom is not a real bedroom. We were going to have another couple who live in Florida join us but it was not suitable for 4 grown ups stay at their place at the same time.

This was my first experience with LHS and it was wonderful. It was super easy to connect with the host and her home was so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this platform!

We love Love Home Swap! They are well-designed, and always responsive when I need any customer service. We have met wonderful people and stayed in beautiful homes. They seem to have thought of everything a swapper would need.

Very good service with a few doubts I had, prompt and issues solved. As I live in Spain, the Spanish is riddled with spelling mistakes and errors, could be cleaned up.

We have just finished a points swap in Wales with Love Home Swap, which enabled us to get together with friends and family. There are a great variety of homes to choose from on the site, in many locations and countries. A holiday can be arranged for the cost of transport which saves a great amount and enables you to visit places you may not even have thought about. I like the choice of swapping homes or using points which can be collected from people staying in your home when you are away.

The Love Home Swap team are very helpful and promptly reply to any queries and discuss any difficulties by email or phone call.

Easy communication with the members we swapped with. The LHS site provided a platform to list homes and this information was accurate. The review system on the site is useful to refer to and gives confidence when swapping

I really love the format of Love Home Swap! I love being able to look at the homes on a map. I love the support from the team. I love being able to reach out and just exchange ideas with a home owner - even if their calendar doesn't say available.

We found a suitable place with only a days notice which was amazing, and on points! I didn’t realize that you get charged “extra” money from LHS for using points! That felt like double dipping. Not impressed

Nice apartments but a few issues with bulbs broken, pool steps wobbly TV in lounge not working. Restaurant excellent value but empty so lacks atmosphere. No sunbeds at pool so never saw anyone using it. VERY STEEP AÇCESS ROAD BUT GOOD VIEWS as a result. Car essential. Good electric buggy system collects and delivers you to the reataurant and car park.

Nice and cozy home in the mountain village. Quiet nights. I used it as a base to explore Malaga. Marbella very close, some hour to Torrox.

They are doing everything well! Every employee that I have ever spoken with has been extremely kind and helpful. Also, the page design is attractive and easy to navigate. My being a member for 12 years and completing 32 swaps speaks to my opinion of this company. I can't think of another institution that I deal with on a regular basis that has brought me this much joy.

Great home - super fun area with lots of little beach communities ti visit - Amazing beaches and the host was helpful and available! Would love to come back !
