Got exactly what I ordered within a week, which is excellent for international shipping. The language in my book is RTL and it came out perfect, exactly as shown in the website.

I ordered a personalized book from LoveBookOnline on December 13th, specifically for my anniversary, based on their promised delivery date of the 23rd.

I was told the book had shipped on the 20th and would arrive on the 23rd. However, when the USPS tracking information was finally visible, it became clear that the shipping label was created and the item actually shipped on the 23rd — the day of my anniversary — not on the 20th as I was told.

This wasn’t a USPS delay; it simply hadn’t shipped when the company said it had.

I understand that delivery dates can be estimates and that USPS delays happen. What I don’t understand is being told something shipped when it clearly had not. A personalized gift tied to a specific date only works if the company is honest and realistic about fulfillment.

If timing matters to you, be cautious. I would have appreciated transparency far more than reassurance that turned out not to be true

I’m giving you a three only because the finished books are beautiful. But my experience would be rated less than three. I ordered four books and the first time they arrived the box was empty as if somewhere the glue holding the box closed was not strong enough for the four books. You did reprint the books for me at no charge and sent them out again. I just received them and again the box was open on both ends, but amazingly the books did not fall out this time. I had wanted these books to give to three friends at a party and because of this mishap, I did not have them in time. You did give me the download and so I had to print three copies just so they would have something to look at when we got together. That was very disappointing for me. Now that I have the books I will be shipping each one to my friends. I think I should’ve been offered a discount, but I never was.

My husband absolutely loves it! I gave him a book several years ago and now he asks for another one each year. There are a million different ways to customize each page - I love it!

This was an easy book to put together for the most part. The only concern I had was that it took a long time for it to be delivered.

There was an issue with a delay in the shipment. I sent an email and received prompt responses. They apologized about it and were kind enough to send a digital copy as well. Today the book arrived and I am truly grateful. Thank you to Melissa and Kaye for everything. My wife has had a very difficult year physical emotional wise. This will definitely warm and lift her spirits. THANK YOU!!🙏

Spent 80 hours making the perfect book. It's her BIG gift this year. Ordered it a week EARLY to make sure it arrived before we left for the holiday. It never arrived. Its now 8 days late and I'm leaving for the holiday without it. I put a lot of effort into that book and I will sit empty handed on the holiday because they can't come anywhere close to the delivery date stated on their website.

Love book SCAM. IOrdered my book through original website love book online (can't put links because they do not allow in review but it is 3w. All 3 words together .com) have receipt and order number. After couple of day the Book was still being processed. The book is still processing and past the delivery date. Also tried contacting suport (no working Phone number DISCONNECTED) (only online suport E-Mail) provided them with all Reciept and order numbers and pictures but keep getting the same computer generated e-mail. "We can't find your order". Also their SUPORT is linked to completly different company LoveVook.com (V) not (B) and they say they have nothing to do with lovebook. My Order is on their website and in history under my account also stil lsaying book is being made. This is a FRAUD. Do not use. you will not get your order and can not contact a live person. This is all AI generated fradulent buisnes. To prove my it here is my order number and receipts (50690287). Ai buisnes phone number is disconnected and e mail response are only computer generated. 100% FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST OTHER REVIEWS. YOUR WILL NOT GET YOUR BOOK OR YOUR MONEY BACK!! There own suport team email is wrong transferring to different company who denies any association with love book. Good luck
