Fast and for a good price

Was a bit scared when i saw some negative reviews about speed and service....
But my order was shipped fast, delivered fast and the support team got back to me within a day to answer my questions....
So well done!

Louis shops are like a heaven…

Louis shops are like a heaven supermarket for the motorcycle riders.
A real pleasure to look and buy.
prices not cheap but the goods are top-notch quality.
I bought there several times, shop and internet.
The only drawback is the super slow german DHL delivery which I dont understand why.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY - Ordered two items to be told a week later that one was not in stock and they will only ship one of the items (yet to see a refund) then when the other item shows up its the wrong item and in the wrong size. These guys can do nothing right sped your hard earned money else where.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a helmet that showed in stock and paid over £200. I chased them after the order said they would advise when it was despatched to be told it was not in stock so I cancelled the order and was advised that would trigger the refund. I was charged AGAIN and then was advised the helmet had been despatched by which time I’d bought one elsewhere. I battled to get one of the payments refunded and advised to return the despatched one on delivery, so I did and waited almost two weeks for them to confirm they’d received it back...but in that same email, they asked ‘was something not correct?’ What do you think?! I’m still waiting for my refund. PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely bricking myself after ordering and then read some of these reviews on this site well was flapping for absolutely nothing ordered the caberg jakel helmet on a sat was here by Thursday to the U.K. super fast and not a mark on the box thank you Louis

Extremely slow with shipping items, support team is not responsive.

Ordered two items on Wendesday last week. Now it is Monday evening, and my order is not even processed. No shipment, no tracking since that. Got a vague response from the service team on Friday (they said I have to wait). They didn't answer on my follow up e-mail, didn't explain how long can it take. Can't see my order in 'my orders' list on their site. Already regret that I had ordered from this shop. Have a feeling that I'm begging for the things I really have paid for. Never ever again will buy anything from them. Don't have my gear and don't have money to buy it in another shop.

Billing dept sucks

Their billing department is a joke when you need a refund because the item came damaged. Accused shipper but didn't file a claim. Stuck for weeks.

Avoid

Avoid. Purchased helmet 1 month ago. Arrived in damaged box too small for helmet. Helmet inside was broken. Its been a month still waiting in a refund. Had no helmet for 1 month and can't buy another til I get refund. This has caused me alot of stress, anxiety and worry. One person's lack of care to package item safely for transport. Would never buy from them again.

I was a little concerned after reading…

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews and the fact prices are very good, I sent 2 queries about ordering both answered within 24hrs before ordering some kit which then turned up very promptly. Communication about the order was excellent and recommend Louis-Motorrad fully

Terrible service all in all.

Terrible service. Took ages to get my items and 5 items we're missing from shipment. Took a lot of mails to get my money back too.
Would not recommend buying from here.

No remote for my Sena intercom

So why does the Sena intercom for the Schuberth E1 not come with a remote control? It seems that models supplied for other helmets have remote included but you want me to pay an extra £70 for something which is necessary to use the intercom safely. It’s crazy that you expect me to take my hand off the handlebar, raise my visor and blindly fumble with the buttons inside the helmet to use the intercom. Even the Sena website says the remote is recommended for safe use.

Dreadful customer experience

Dreadful customer experience. Advertised item as being in stock. Ordered two only to find out this was not the case. Cancelled order and was assured on 5 occasions my paypal account would be credited. Then the following week from when the items were required one turned up - not two. Advised order was cancelled only to be told the second item was also on its way. Treated like an idiot. Avoid at all costs please!

Good range, great service

Recently bought proof stretch 3 motorcycle over jacket and trousers. Arrived well packed and promptly. High quality product. The jacket turned out a bit tight, so I exchanged for a large size. The form was self-explanatory, but the email correspondence (largely for my peace of mind) was also friendly and helpful.

A couple of things to note for UK customers. No free delivery to the UK. Delivery price was reasonable - about £5 on a £180 purchase. Louis displays prices in £sterling but bills in Euros. They make this clear at checkout - and fair enough as they are a German company. My bank has rates that matched Louis' estimated £sterling price pretty well.

Overall, reliable, great range of products, friendly and from what I could gather good people.

Reliable, fast and reasonably priced - UK

I had to come and post a review immediatley after receiving my Shark Evoline 3 lid.

Great service. Item was delivered 5 days from purchase the whole way from Germany to Northern Ireland. Usually 3 days from mainland UK.

Great price. £100 cheaper than anywhere in the UK.

Poor reviews? I had referred to this site before purchasing to see if they were legit as I couldn't believe the price. Based on my experience I wouldn't pay attention to the poor reviews and will certainly be back.

Absolutely fantastic service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered on Friday and received item on Monday afternoon all the way from Germany. At least £50 cheaper than in the UK, I ordered some new Cardo Freecom 4+ headsets. I was a little apprehensive at first as it seemed too good to be true but i’m amazed how quickly I received them. So on the whole I can’t fault Louis Motorrad UK in anyway. Definitely would use them again and again.
