It's been 5 years since my last order from Lotus Leggings, which I was very pleased with. The quality of service has steeply declined. My order has remain on status: Received for 30 days. I have placed several tickets and attempted to reach customer care numerous times, with no response. I asked to cancel my order, with no response. I've now resorted to disputing the charge on my card. Terrible company.

The company must have changed hands, the quality of the leggings is all over the place, whereas it used to be consistent. The good thing is that the horrible logos are no longer on the leggings. I have ordered here a few times since they have changed hands (if that is what happened) and even though not all leggings are the same good quality, and a few mistakes have been made with my orders. customer service has been really good as opposed to a lot of reviews I am reading here. They have replaced the offending items at no extra cost, I did not have to send the wrong ones back. Even when it went wrong 3 times in a row, and they sent the incorrect replacement items, it was never an issue to get it sorted. My most recent order had a sizing issue with one of the leggings. I sent an email, got a response after a few days, and again a replacement was offered straight away. Their leggings might not be the same excellent quality as what I was used to (although some of their leggings still are), I have absolutely no issue with their customer service and return policy. 6 stars for that, 3 stars for the leggings themselves. I do not recommend, leggings are poor quality. Takes a long time to ship

Horrible, this is a scam. You pay money and they disappear into ether as you never receive your order.

It took me a Long time to get my leggins but they took my money quikcly. One of the leggins fitted perfect but another in same size and schould be same shape where very much too small.
The customer service lady was good and kind and after sending pictures of leggins I after a Long while receive another pair in another Cut that I could choise.
The quality is not what it used to be when I bought leggins from Them 6 years ago though. But when they fit they fit my Body very Well. Not really worth the money but they really go Well on my Body when they finally fit.

What has happened to Lotus Leggings? They were my go-to brand and just purchased this year 2022 and the quality and depth of patterns is not the same :((

Goods not received. I ordered two leggings and I have received one pair. I have contacted the customer service, and they said they would reship the second pair of leggings, but that didn't happen. After 8 months, I am still waiting to receive the missing paid item.

This company’s legging quality is crap. DO NOT BUY. They’ve stolen a reputable US brands collection of legging artworks. They use Eagle Rock Werkshops imagery and claim it as their own. Shame on me for never noticing. Steer clear.

The leggings are a great print, but are ruined by their large logo with name of brand printed on top right leg of each pair of pants. Won’t order from them again unless they minimize their logo and remove the brand name. It makes an otherwise cool pair of leggings look cheap and corny.

Horrible company stay away merchandise arriving after cancel account also they mail you color that they probably cant sell red colors and wont take merchandise back being send from out of state maybe this is why they wont take merchandise back

My mind is completely blown that this company has gotten anything other than a one star rating. If you got your leggings consider yourself lucky because if you didnt they will not only rip you off (myself for 75$ and MANY others as well if you do your research) but ignore and block you as well. Theres a facebook page dedicated to telling people not to buy their product. I urge you to stop buying their junk. They also steal artist's work. Run by morons with no respect for.anyone but themselves

I ordered one pair of leggings on 23 Nov 2019 and they still haven’t arrived. The length of time is bizarre. Probably coming by the Pony Express and Paddle boat. Guys come on, get this sorted.

I have tried to purchase lotus leggings but they do not have a shipping option to Canada -- which is strange because they seem to ship everywhere else in the world! I have also tried to contact them and routinely get responses that do not help me. I cannot track down a phone number and really wish they would put one online to assist customers.

I’m a yoga teacher/PT and go through a lot of leggings (!) and I really like these: I must have had maybe 10/11 pairs over the last 2 years. The delivery is a little slow (hence only 4 stars instead of 5) but the quality and design of the leggings has been great for me so far. I’ve had to repair a seam or two on occasion, but tbf my leggings do get a lot of wear....! You have to pay attention to the sizing though - measure yourself and look at the size guide. I’ve got dozens of pairs of leggings and my two favourites are from lotus leggings 😀

The leggings are made with a thin skin of material, so they are see through when doing any exercise. One pair is loose at the ankle. I am so disappointed by Lotus leggings and wouldn't buy from them, again. They took weeks to get to me and then only 7 days on receipt to return which I missed as I was on holiday.

Buyer beware. I was dumb enough to buy four pairs of these. The first pair was thin, white washed out when I put them on, so I went up a size. The same thing happened and the pants were actually smaller than the first pair. The third pair arrived with gashes in the waistband of the material. The fourth pair has a 1" chintzy, elastic waistband instead of the flat, wide, material waistband. Don't waste your money. Look at HONEST reviews on youtube. Even one girl, who is only 100lbs, shows how they stretch & turn white on her very small frame. Also take a look on Better Business Bureau where there are many claims against this company for charging a monthly fee.

Definitely recommend! Even though my order wasn't delivered the first time, I was offered to have it reshipped free of charge. In general the after sale service is excellent. About the leggings, the fabric seems a bit thin but not see through. I got two leggings for my boyfriend and I'm going to get some for myself for sure!

I got a pair of Lotusleggings from a promotional, I believed I was getting a beautiful pair of black leggings with side pockets. Much to my surprise when my package arrived it was a pair of the cheapest, ugliest (green & black pattern that looks like a snake!) see through leggings I have ever seen! Just awful! Cancelled all future orders immediately!

Love their leggings. Cute designs and great for workouts. Although some are thinner than others. So make sure you order off the workout leggings category.

Amazing good leggings! Amazing fabric really holss up the body!
