again over 300 pounds not one bonus…
again over 300 plus pounds nearly plus my deposit limits that they put on and not one bonus but I have to say this company takes the time to reach out and explain game play and yes life is a gamble but seriously not happy with the game play .
and the fact that the company emailed me and asked me to edit my trustpilot review with a sweetener to which I did not take as I realised they wanted me to wager 10 times the amount so not a gesture of good will at all
and that's the reason for editing and uping and lowering stars as not many take the time to be courteous.. and make requests for you to edit your reviews says a lot about a company maybe better luck next time for me

Compared to other websites this is the one that alwaya pay me less but my issue is not about that…
I am trying to withdraw £60 from this website since 02/07/2026.
It’s not the first time I have problems on a withdraw with them, cause I had the same in the past but this time they asked for a new verification of docs, which I have sent but still not paying or changing the status of my withdraw…

We are unable to control the outcome of our games, and there's always risk when gambling and partaking in games of chance. A game of chance is a game where the outcome is random, rather than based on any type of skill. Every game that's live on our site is also thoroughly tested before release.
All of our games are certified to the Gaming Commissions standards and we adhere to all requirements they place upon us. The games on site also use a random number generator for every round which is independent from the last. We have zero control of game outcome.
