Had a couple of questions about my account and withdrawals and everything was explained clearly without any hassle. The site itself has been smooth for me, loads of slot options, decent promos, and easy to navigate on mobile as well.

Update: Situation still not fixed, they keep asking for alternative banks, even though they have a bank information that they can just transfer to, also based on thei reply below this they have contacted me directly in trustpilot? That is not even possible.
