Well worth the money
I love the way the hair systems from Lordhair are constructed, how they feel, how they look, and how they blend. Smaller width. Blonde and brown highlights:. Thins out quickly
"The quality and the base of the system are generally excellent. However, there were some issues with my order. The width was smaller than the size I requested. Also, I ordered Natural Black with 40-45% grey hair, but I received a unit with visible blonde and brown highlights. I tried to dye it black myself but without success. Additionally, I noticed that the hair at the front thins out very quickly. I hope these points are addressed for future orders."

Edit: they are correct. They updated me throughout the process and ultimately issued a full refund.

At the time, severe weather conditions in parts of the United States caused significant disruptions, and the courier was unable to provide clear confirmation. We know that uncertainty around a shipment is stressful, and we are sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
To clarify, a full refund was issued on February 2, and that process has been completed. We also truly appreciate your trust in placing a replacement order with us afterward. For the new shipment, we arranged delivery through a different courier and requested signature confirmation, and we are actively monitoring its progress.

I have been using my system for years with different styles it is realistic and nobody knows bar close friends and partner. They colour match to your own hair and style it if you want i do wish they did a bit better with styles like finding a way to blend the back and sides of system with a graduate leant to top is the only negative feedback. There is always someone available help and guidance.

This company cares nothing about customer satisfaction
I left this company years ago. They sent me a very poorly made system and didn't do anything to correct the situation. I had spent thousands of dollars with this company and would have spent thousands more but now a different company is getting my money. Lordhair cares nothing about customer satisfaction. Just pure greed. Sacrificing thousands of dollars to save a few hundred bucks for a replacement system shows a total lack of intelligence. And Lordhair prices are no longer competitive. You can get the exact same products much cheaper. Shop around.
I am doing an edit to this comment because Lordhair responded to it so this message is to Lordhair directly. Correction: I sent the unit in question back to Lordhair for assessment. You sent me a replacement unit that I had to pay for upfront. You stated that if the unit in question was deemed defective then I would be reimbursed for my payment of the replacement unit. Lordhair determined that there were no issues with the unit in question and DID NOT reimburse me for the replacement unit. This is why I left your company. I only shopped around for another supplier because of this situation. Please keep your facts straight so that your customers who read these reviews get the truth.
