Easy to order, fantastic for sound
Easy to order and arrived quickly. I tried them out the other night at a local rock show and I can’t believe how well they work! Being able to still hear the lyrics and words and people’s conversations yet not be blasted by sound and loud music was great. I would definitely recommend these to people and will be enjoying these loop switch ear plugs!

They were recommended by a friend, so i tried them, they have helped change my life. I suffered two minor strokes, and really struggled with loud noises, and just my grand kids running around with there high pitch screams and general play. the loop ear pieces cut out a lot of the surrounding noise and just help me cope with everyday situations.

Great product but terrible colour range
I love the engage and experience line of loop products. Unfortunately they’ve not released new colours that aren’t a collab for over two years. They used to do seasonal colours twice a year but not anymore. The main line of colours is really ugly. It’s all monochrome, gold, clear, and a few dirty greens.

Pleased with my Smart Switch 2 Loops
Bought Smart Switch 2 and have used them to block noise while resting plus while shopping in a noisy shopping centre for several hours. Comfortable and worked well at the different attenuation levels.

Experience 2 plus, love em!
I have the Experience 2 plus loops. I used them on a long bus ride with grade school students, miraculous! I had the mute feature in and it blocked enough noise to have a peaceful ride but not enough so that I couldn't hear a student ask me a question. I bought the loops for concerts so I can still hear orders from customers but block out the extra loud music. I haven't been able to test that out yet but I'm confident these will work. They're comfortable, almost invisible, and work as intended. So far, I love them!

2nd set of Loops purchased
2nd set of Loops purchased. I went with the Switch2’s because the idea of being able to dial in the settings seemed cool to me. It is! I’m able to use them one in my left ear on the quietest setting while at work so my hearing is uninterrupted on the phone with my other ear. Dial it down to least quiet for a concert and it’s perfect! Only issue (not a big deal) is my mutes don’t fit due to the selector on the back of the switch2 makes it not fit right

Dont block any noise out and spend the mornings looking in the bed for them as they've fallen out despite going thru the sizes. Bought some from Boots for a quarter of the price and do a better job and stay in my ears. Good marketing but not fit for purpose

Just bought the Loopdream earplugs…
Just bought the Loopdream earplugs meant for sleep. They do not block out sound at all, they have very similar sound blocking to the regular Loop earplugs. Earplugs should also have a small marker on one earplug so that they can de identified if the wearer uses two different size tips. The Loopdream body should be thinner, more flexible and smaller to reduce pressure on ear when sleeping on your side. Very disappointed with the product and will be returning it:(

They have been good, added the foam inserts and they seem to help a little more for me and are more comfortable.

Don’t waste your money
You do not need those expensive earplugs. Earplugs available at your local drugstore are more effective and far less expensive. There are also more comfortable in my opinion, just less cute. I am really disapointed with this product effectiveness and would not recommend it.

This is a pure 100% sales talk! A general answer, 0% personal and your AI bot isn’t helpful, as the answer provide links to the website where no answers could be found. Is that why your name is Loop? Your after sales service is a Loop between AI bot and the website… No Solutions! The only answer is to take action to send my ear tips from order #3870236
You have to review your after sales processes deeply. Thinking about CRM (no it’s not only a SW program), based on customer perspective / used cases!

Worth the Price
Website easy to use, fast delivery - I got two pairs of the live entertainment/music loops for me and my dad. Used them for the first time at the weekend and wow - they were so worth the price. You could hear the music clearly and the vocals came through so well. We were both impressed.

Didn’t work for me
Didn’t work for me. They caused two problems: very itchy and I would pull them out in the middle of the night AND they caused ear wax impaction, which in turn caused some temporary hearing loss.

Best ear protection ive ever had
Used these for a photography shoot I had for a music gig and these were amazing. I could hear the music just fine but without the loud part that would damage my ears from being right next to the speakers and amps for the whole evening. Best protection I could have asked for
