Look elsewhere for better ticket prices
This review is only regarding the ticket's prices, and not the theatre itself. Just booked tickets for Sting's musical The last ship from London Theatre. Couple of days later I found out there are significantly cheaper tickets for a lot better seats from LW Theatres. For example the same seat is £189 from London Theatre, but only £150 from LW Theatres. Why is this being allowed?

not good.....
not good...... I tried to upgrade our tickets for the show to receive a voucher then tried to use to use this was impossible... so lost out of £129 .
This would be the second time.
A big disappointment for a birthday event.

I had to cancel my booking due to husband's broken ankle so obviously he can't walk on it,
I only got 80% voucher off a future booking,I suppose it's better than nothing but the show I had book does finish this month!

I found the seating plan difficult to…
I found the seating plan difficult to use. I wanted to buy the cheapest seats as that's all I can afford. I would have liked to choose the ticket I could afford and let site find a date that has that priced tickets. Also the seat circles with a line down the middle ??? What's that about? Also I would be happier if the tickets were issued straight away after purchase . They could be activated nearer the date but that way I would have some proof I have them. It's a lot of money for me as I am coming from Ireland to see it and have to pay for flights and hotel also ,hense the cheap ticket choice.

Alex, one of the Customer Experience Representative’s was extremely helpful.
We had purchased tickets for Harry Potter and the cursed child, parts 1 and 2, but unfortunately had to leave before the second part due to an emergency. We had ticket protection and Alex made the exception to reimburse us with theatre vouchers, due to the situation.
The whole process was very quick and Alex was very understanding. I really appreciated their help.

I'm really sorry I used this website for purchasing my tickets: don't do it. You can buy cheaper tickets directly from the theatres and you will probably have a greater selection to choose from. Also, if you 'protect' your tickets by paying extra - the website says you can cancel them 'no questions asked' but once you've purchased them, you realise that you wouldn't receive refund but a voucher, to be used on the same scammy website. Please avoid and be smarter than I was!
