We are existing customers. We ordered a new door, which was very expensive given the company's high standards. The selling agent was very professional, supportive, and clear. However, the fitting was appalling as the surveyor made the wrong measurements and the window was the wrong size. We had to file a complaint and call several times to resolve the issue. After a few months, the bottom locker stopped working. We asked for it to be replaced and had to call them several times again. Eventually, their surveyor refused to replace it but did minor fixes, stating that a replacement was not needed. After a few months, the issue recurred, but the company claimed the warranty had expired. Overall, the fitting and post-fitting support received is extremely poor and frustrating, and they do not reply to emails or really care about customers once they have paid. The company is very responsive until the full payment is made. The door itself looks amazing, but we would certainly NOT recommend this company, as the service does not match the high standards they claim, and it is very frustrating. We have tried to write an objective review.

What a truly fantastic, caring company! We originally purchased our front door from the London Door Company 7 years ago, and we were absolutely delighted with it—the service, quality, and fit were all outstanding.

Fast forward 7 years, and we recently needed some help with our door. I have been so incredibly impressed with the team's professionalism and willingness to help us resolve the issue. Even though this didn't involve us spending any extra money, they treated us with the utmost care. Chris, Joanna, and the fitting team went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you LDC!

We had some issues with heat and direct sun on our unshaded black front door bought from London Doors. Peter, a fitter from London Doors came and made some adjustments which work like a dream, especially through this brutal heat wave. Peter was professional and did a fantastic job. Completely recommend London Doors and their crew.

I highly recommend this company if you need a new door. I am delighted with my new door and the team that installed it.

From the begining where we met the amazing sales rep, Enzo through to the lovely fitters we had the most incredible service.

The doors are expensive, but they look and feel expensive and the service that comes alongside it is fantastic. We are so pleased with our choice and whilst it was a lot of money, it is something that’s used all day, everyday, and should last the test of time!

Yes, there is a waiting period for something this special, but good things take time. Patience is definitely rewarded, and the finished product truly speaks for itself. The investment is significant, but every penny is worth it.

A special mention to our fitters, Michal and Andrzej, who were absolutely excellent. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and care throughout the installation process were outstanding. They took great pride in their work, and it really shows.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality doors. If we ever move and need a new front door in the future, we won’t hesitate to return.

We needed a bespoke solid, sturdy door and arched frame as a replacement for a converted Coach House. We are absolutely delighted with the results.
The door looks amazing and like it has always been there. The workmanship is fabulous, and the fitters (Michael and Andrew) were exceptional. Because the frame was an unusual shape and the building is old, there were a couple of changes / additions that had to be made during fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was faultless. It is not often that companies over-deliver when it comes to fitting, but these guys were amazing and used their initiative to make it even better than we were expecting.
Would not hesitate to use them again.
Yes - they are on the pricey side, but they are entirely worth it.

Great service from design to fitting. Thanks to Julian for the design and Mikal and team for the expert fitting. Very pleased with the process. NOT cheap, but worth it for a beautiful door.

We had Roberto and Christian come to fit our door, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they were also highly professional and clearly very knowledgeable.

They even took the time to help with another door that had been fitted a few weeks earlier, finishing it off without any hassle.

The fitters arrived at 8.30 in the morning and worked till 3.30. The quality of their workmanship is incredible. No detail was overlooked. They removed the old door and frame without damaging the plasterwork (we were warned this may happen) and fitted the new frame, door and fanlight with the beautiful 150 etched into the glass. Finally the whole thing was framed with the architraving and sanded and painted. The end result far exceeded my expectations and already the neighbours have commented and admitted to door envy. The house now has the most beautiful front door on the street. Thanks to everyone at the London Door Company for making my dreams come true. I can’t Thankyou all enough. Absolutely first class.
