We recently had rough casting done on our home. Chas and his team were excellent workers. They did a great job and tidied up so well you wouldn’t know they had been. Very satisfied customers.

Recently had my roof completed by lomond improvements, excellent service from the start to finish, job was completed in 2 days to an excellent standard, hard working and polite team and quality materials used. Would certainly recommend.

I recently had Joe round to do a quote and whilst I initially agreed to go ahead and paid my deposit I changed my mind. I contacted the company and they without hesitation cancelled my order and refunded my deposit very quickly.

Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.

Happy with our rougcasting. Have already booking in to do our roof with Lomond as well.

Roof was completed last week and the scaffold was taken down today. Darren and his team took everything away safely without runinung our newly laid driveway.

Had Lomond put for a quotation and we couldn't have had a different experience from the individuals previous.

Got them in for a quote.
Even with COVID guidelines, still wanted in to the sitting room for a long winded sales pitch which I wasn't happy with.
Straight away suggested issues, before even looking, then did the old trick of "I'll phone my boss" etc.

Bad feeling from the get go
Think I narrowly escaped what others seem to have found is a nightmare with these folk.

No quote, and ended up telling them not to come back

Asked to reconsider my review, obviously because it was negative to these folk.
Tough!!
It's true, concise and shows how much these people are not to be trusted.
So many old tricks, " phoning the boss " and picking out faults before even any inspection.
Not to be trusted.
Didn't come up the Clyde on the same banana skin your company did !
As I said, don't touch with a bargepole!

Worst company I’ve ever came across in my life.
Subcontractors they used didn’t have a clue what they were doing.
Took four weeks to complete my roof when they said 4 days.
Left asbestos broken up in my garden.
Broke my property.
Used my personal skip.
Left a complete mess.
Roof is now leaking and still waiting on a reply from them to fix it.
Absolute shambles!

We had a new roof installed by Lomondimprovements in Mid March and are very satisfied, from the initial visit detailing our options to price and quality of materials used. The roofing team were hard working, tidy and friendly. We would have no hesitation is using them again and would highly recommend them.

We had visit from Chris , very helpful knowledge young man. He was very professional gave us a review of his company and looked round our house with view to quote for rough cast. After checking our rough cast He advised that work was not required. We were very grateful for his honesty.

In December 2020, we had a visit from Chris at Lomond Improvements and we bought a new roof after he explained the whole process and showed us the slates we could choose as well as finance options. Lomond Improvements have installed the roof now which is in the timescale we have been given. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The Roofers cleaned up afterwards and also made sure we were satisfied. After the work was completed the survey arrived and checked the work was correctly done. We are very happy with the work and can only highly recommend Lomond Improvements. Thank you.

Job completed late Feb. Roof,cladding and other work done to an excellent standard. Very friendly work crew. Professional, tidy and informative. Would highly recommend lomond. 5 stars.

Just had my roof re-done by the guys at Lomond Improvements and I'm very happy with the finished results. No fuss and no mess left in the garden when they were finished,total professionals. I would highly recommend these guys as they were always just a phone call away if I had any questions and nothing was too much trouble.

Had my roof done by lomandimprovements at the end off February and I am over the moon they did a excellent job would recommend them to anyone 5 star all the way and the roofers were excellent and my neighbour got theirs done 2 and they are well pleased

Had my roof replaced in the first week of December. I had someone from lomond come and quote me for my roof. They came and informed me of what they could do for me. I contacted lomond few days after my visit to tell them I would like to go ahead. The team that installed my roof were very helpful and friendly. They were on my property for 2 days and left no mess. The process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient and would definitely recommend to anyone
