Paddy visited today to provide a quotation for rough casting, he provided plenty of detail on the company, the scope of work offered and payment options. Learned a fair bit, though deciding this want the right time for us in the end would seriously consider going with them when we do it in future.

Joe Murray from Lomond Improvements arrived right on time and observed all the social distancing requirements. Joe was very polite and courteous.
|His product knowledge was exemplary and he took plenty of time to explain things and answer all my questions even if I asked them twice..
Joe carried out a thorough survey took photographs and used them to explain in detail my roof issues and how to best fix them. There was no excessive pressure to sign any contract and all in all I was very happy with my appointment.

Just had Niamh in to quote me for roughcasting. She was very friendly and chatty - she was very competent and answered all my questions in detail. Very happy at her professionalism.

Had Chris from Lomond Improvements out today to assess my roof and give a quote for complete renewal. Very pleasant and professional on arrival and during. Checked roof properly inside and outside. Then discussed price and payment options all of which were reasonable for the quality of product and workmanship. I was never going to be committed to a decision today because of my personal circumstances, but would recomend the company.

Jack Hughes was very efficient and a very helpful young man. He explained everything that was needed and made sure that I understood everything.

I had Paddy round to discuss replacing my roof and he was a star ⭐️ He was immediately friendly and welcoming and he engaged really well with all the kids. He explained everything with in depth details and answered any questions we had. He was in no rush for us to make a decision and took his time to explain each step.
We have decided to proceed with getting our roof fixed and are really excited for the next stage. I will post a second review once the job is done but so far the service has been second to none. And give Paddy a pay rise as he’s an asset to your company! 😊

Had a fantastic experience with Joe and paddy can't thank them enough for encouraging me to take the jump and do the home improvements that I have been planning to do for years, I got good clear information off of them to make my decision and couldn't be happier cheers guys
