Excellent service. Allowed my to add an item over the phone to an order placed online so I didn't have to pay an extra delivery charge. Items delivered less than 24 hours later. Great communication throughout. Wouldn't think twice about using again.

Ordered socks and a hat and were delivered next day. Great items at a good price.

They do go out of stock (probably due to popularity) so order when you can!

I had to wait for a few weeks as everything was sold out,but,once they restocked,I was informed quickly,and bought the neoprene swim shorts,with a swim cap and some gloves for the kayak...
I must admit being a little concerned by the fact the products on this site are much cheaper than competitors,but I was wrong,
The quality is superb,so is the fit,fast service too,,

I’ve tried HUUB Zone3 and other big brands but none are as good as the Lomo gloves and boots, 5c seas temperatures and my hands/feet didn’t get cold even after 40 minutes in the water (Moray Firth coast North Sea in January)
My hands usually get cold in the summer temperatures
Best gloves and boots for cold swimming on the market , plus cheaper than most

Good communication with seller. Shipping from UK to EU (Croatia) was fast. Purchased side panniers dry bag 30 L are good quality item and best buy by my opinion.

Disgusting customer service. Refuse to refund faulty and damaged goods.

Excellent products at great prices. So far we've purchased, Motorcycle crash bar dry bags, which are brilliant , double as cycle panniers and are 100% waterproof. A 40ltr drybag holdall, first aid kit and a sleeping materattres for the camping trip which got cancelled, so still awaiting a field test and two pairs of fingerless mtb gloves, very nice. Everything says quality and arrived promptly. Can't recommend Lomo enough.

Quality product, turnaround time from order to receipt of product less than a day (to Devon). Great value, highly recommend.

I ordered 2 neoprene vests from Lomo a couple of months ago and was really impressed with the price & quality. I ordered again yesterday - neoprene gloves, socks & trousers - and was stunned to receive my items in less than 24 hours! And the week before Christmas!! Again the quality and price of products is fantastic.
Really superb customer service.

The shop's a bit creepy (the guy in the fleece who unsubtly follows you around without saying hello or anything), but the online service has been pretty decent. The kit's never super fancy, but for the price it's amazing. Have a few drybags, a bikepacking bag, a towfloat, and some wetsuit booties and gloves and all have been pretty spot on.

Have bought kit off lomo for years online including drysuit, drybags, spraydeck, straps etc. Never had any issues and the one time I had to exchange a piece of kit for a different size there was no problem. Will continue to use.

Searching for some lights and gear to help me seen by cars and pedestrians while running in the dark. Found some LED armbands at a very reasonable price and there was even a demo video showing how to use them, change batteries etc. Also bought a hi vis woolly hat for those cold winter runs.

Ordered on Monday evening and they arrived by courier on Wednesday afternoon. Great value for money and swift service.

If you want customer service don't buy from Lomo. It's my first experience of Lomo. One of the wellies bought from them has faulty stitching. Lomo won't replace that single boot & say both 'it's not covered in Warranty' (it's been worn twice and it's only a month since delivery) & 'you've used the boot the wrong way' (?!?) - this while they don't include instructions as to how they expect you to use it (!) and also have no evidence of this assumption. I ask you - how silly do they really think customers are? Another try was, 'because it's not a manufacturing issue' while they've not had the goods back to check so how would they know. Then, very telling, they offered a discount of £5 - they wish to shut the customer up by you accepting a very small compensation.
Very poor way to run a customer based business. Will never buy from LOMO again and advise others to avoid them unless you want to be buying hassle. Go elsewhere would be my advice.

Although direct banking was not possible, LOMO sent me an invoice over the mail, I paid and within three working days the crashbar drybags were delivered from GB to the Netherlands. The 6,5 ltr. drybags fit perfectly en look well made. It's definitely value for money.

I bought some gear to get me into hiking and making tea for my birdwatching and I couldn’t be happier with your quality of products. From the Highlander kettle and little screw on burner to the dry bag and rucksacks. They are all amazing and used very regularly since I bought them in January.
I always recommend this shop to my friends as I was recommended to this shop.
A little word on the price. You’d think you would get cheaper stuff with a discount card at a certain other outdoor shop. But you’d be wrong. Very wrong. Go shopping and find out for yourself. You will not regret you even took a peek

All the team at Lomo have been absolutely brilliant with me.

They are knowledgeable, helpful and go that extra mile in ways that are hard to find these days.

Even when something went wrong with my order which was totally my bad, they took it on and sorted it out for me, even taking on a little increase in cost themselves.

So the kit is good, the people are helpful, knowledgeable and can be trusted to be there to help in the unlikely event that something does go wrong.

They will be my first port of call when looking for more new kit.

I ordered my kayaking equipment a month ago now, and I still haven't gotten a tracking number - the order was never sent, but the money was withdrawn the day after my purchase. I have been sending them e-mails both from their own e-mail platform, and from my personal e-mail, and they never get back. In the end, I just have to realise, that I was robbed for 100 GBP.
Do your self a favour and buy your equipment elsewhere!!

Very fast and great prices. I ordered tri gloves and booties for cold water swimming. The merchandise was sent quickly and is good quality. Looking forward to trying them in the water as the weather gets cold!
