On ordering 2 summer shirts with the adidas logo at £35 each
they are of the poorest quality you can imagine! It’s like a scrumped up tea towel ! Very dissatisfied ! At this price I would expect gd quality It’s now been a week since I started the process of a return but no reply and emails bounce bk saying there inbox full! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered 3 weeks ago sent 2 emails asking how long it would be before delivery ~ no reply to either emails.
Arrived yesterday to big so sent another email to ask about returning as according to website you have only 3 days maximum to get in touch. I sent another email 6.00am this morning and another at 5.00pm today. No response which does not surprise me!!!
To you people out there think before you buy!
If they do respond which I very much doubt I will be left with Gucci sandals that are too big.

Great experience both online and in-store. Ordered a product online, was delivered very quickly but size turned out to be wrong. LolaLiza was very flexible in finding the best solution for me and informed me of the stores near by that still had my size, I went to the store and fitted the bigger size. Staff in store was very friendly and I could exchange my online order for in-store purchase easily. Great service!
Communication is key, same as staying true to certain agreements.
It is not fair if there is only one party complying to the terms presented in the contract..
I will not go further into details at this moment... the lack of feedback from management team is really unacceptable and certainly very unprofessional...
bad experience with the webshop. I had ordered 9 items of which I had returned 5. after 15 working days i did not revice my money back. On day 5 i filled in a contact form and die not receive any response. eventually on day 15 again filled in a contact form and threatened with legal action. After that they reacties and i finally got my money back that same day (magically). Maybe they hoped i would forget?
I like the shop but they have no respect for the customer.

I ordered 5 items and returned 4 of the items and keep 1 of the items.
In the return email they sent me the receipt for 2 items, I send many messages that something is wrong and I returned all of the items but 1.
They didn’t respond me and at the end they charged me for 2 items instead of 1.
I am ready disappointed.
There was not such a good communication service in the app or website as well.
A bit angry because I ordered a dress and after a week it wasnt delivered. Then I checked some emails searching for a track and trace and found out they did a try to deliver but apparantly I wasnt home which is quite unlikeable because of holidays and lockdown so just at home... I never received a date or time of delivery of whatsoever, it was via a postthing I never heared of. I contacted costumerservice if they could send out again but the answer was that ill get my money back when it had arrived by them but this wasnt my question.... So i sended the same question again to te serviceteam but sending again wasnt possible, I had to wait till it was in stock again and order again. In the time checked the site a few times but not in stock again, and now it is sold out.... Its horrible when people of the servicedesk cant even answer one simple question and cant thinking about an other way of sending (other postdelivery as I gave as an idea...)
Please dont buy them !! I have order 5 bikinis, because I had no idea of the sizes… big mistake I only received 2/5 and apparently there was one parcel per bikini… who in this world uses this lack of efficiency while shipping! But the worse, is that they claim they have been delivered, I have nothing! And they don’t want to return me my money, they ask me to provide a proof of not delivery by the local service, that thing simple does not exist, I’m still waiting to solve the issue. Also taking about the quality, tissue is awful, finishings are not properly done, threats could be found and they smell. Sizes are not accurate I have 2 very different “S” sizes as none of them fits me, one is too big and the other too small. If you want to return there is an address in Spain and it cost you around 13€, so more money invested in nothing. Don’t throw you money to the trash, simply skip their adds and don’t buy them!
