I recommend Loisir & Miniature. Always delivered on time, no issues, and even there were some problems with some of the models, Loisir & Miniature sort them quick and efficient. Definitely I will buy again from Loisir & Miniature.

Perfect all the time, from start to finish. Fast delivery, excellent communication, and the model cars were very well packed all the time. I am order from UK and I have never had any issues. Highly recommended seller and definitely I will buy again. Thank you for your hard work.

Whether they actually ship you the pre-ordered model is a lottery. I ordered a model from them (Ottomobile) from abroad (EU) on eBay. After three weeks, they changed the correct tracking number to one that showed “delivered” somewhere in France. No explanation from their side. When I asked when the model would finally be shipped, I was told it would be within the next few days. I never received the model, nor did I get a refund.

In over 20 years on auction platforms, I have never encountered such ignorance. The discrepancy between the negative reviews on Trustpilot compared to eBay suggests that, by swapping tracking numbers to ones marked as delivered, they probably have the ability to remove negative feedback. I hope someone will put an end to this one day. I honestly don’t know how your store is still allowed to operate on eBay.

Appalling experience. Ordered an OTTO M3 7 weeks ago on pre-order. Several weeks ago i noticed this was coming in stock with other sellers. Hence i politely requested what was happening. The responses were nonsensical one word answers time and time again. They obviously wanted the refund window on ebay to expire - so they kept my monet and had no intention of ever sending the model. STAY CLEAR
EDITED 15.07.25. Just been informed by the seller that they have had my negative feedback removed. After talking to ebay, it appears that they seller removed it by manually changing the tracking to delivered. Formal complaint made to ebay, who are investigating the seller. But my negative feedback cant be reinstated (er why??)

Bought a modelcar on ebay, but never delivered anything. The track and trace says the package has been delivered in a letter box in France. That 1:12 model car cannot be in a letter box and it is the wrong country. This seller is scamming, please be aware and do not buy anything. The seller doesnt provide any evidence either.

Recommended seller for model cars, they offer some models that are rare and hard to find...four stars only because expensive shipping for EU..

This is the second time that I have left this review. Ferrari 1/18 was ordered with Ebay on 27/12/2023. It was a pre order so I waited until the release date. Apparently it was despatched but tracking showed that it hadn't been. I contacted seller, they took ages to respond and when they did it was so vague. Eventually they stopped replying. So I posted a review on Trust pilot. Over a year on they asked me to remove it. They admitted the problem. I removed the review but once again, no refund and no further contact. Avoid this company at all costs. Time wasters and lies.. Judging by the other reviews I am not alone.

i order Porsche 911 GT3 RS Bleu 1/18 - RMBL RADSCALE on 13 of december i did Expected by
18 Dec to 2 of januray and is 6 of januray it was for my birthday on 18 dec.. i emailed them to find if it was sent and i have no idea because they problaby wont be reply first time in my life i run into something like this.

Order 29th August 2024 PSDELPINR. Bought model cars but received with box seal broken and with defect. Missing right side rear mirror. Wrote to company (Antoine) who first dragged the problem by saying he has called the manufacturer. Time passed and he kept saying to wait. (If he has called, he would get a reply, right? Or if he emailed, he could ask again right)). I wrote to manufacturer and learnt they do not keep spare parts for the model. I confronted the seller and he now said he has sent the missing part by courier. When i followed up by asking for courier tracking number, he remained silent. The missing part never arrived. Order was 24th August 2024 and now it is 3rd Jan 2025. It has been 3 months. And he blocked my emails. I could furnish all evidences.

Model was delivered with defects. This was reported immediately by email but unfortunately there was no response at all :-(

I was honestly a bit sceptical because after I placed my order I read some reviews/comments on facebook and on Trustpilot.

But I was very relieved when my modelcar arrived all the way to Austria. Everything went well, beautiful model, fast delivery - can't fault them at all.

Bought a model car from this seller via ebay. Received a POORLY PACKED box without aby bubblewrap or cushion. A big box, And the model car is VERY VERY defective. See photos. I wrote to this seller. Noi response. I opened a case. THen he responded. And he tricked by telling me he would refund only after I close the case. (I tested his integrity- after I closed the case, no refund!) Now I am pursuing through banks, AVOID

Hi does anyone reply to emails or send out items that have been purchased. my partner bought a Model bought 12 months ago from yourselves , constant ongoing delays which can be proved via email correspondence and item not sent out, even the tracking system still says waiting for item to arrive with them from you. Tried speaking to someone on the phone and got hung up on. Can this be rectified please before it is taken further.

I pre-ordered and paid 124 Euros for a model 1 year ago.
I have never received it and never got my money back.

They gave me an empty tracking number that never changes the status, requests for refund are ignored.

For the last 20 years i ordered modelcars from all over the world,
I never had any problems with any of the online-shops but this was a serious bad experience would never ever order anything here again.

The company wanted information from Trustpilot as to why I rated them negatively. I replied and had to provide my email address, now they have blocked my so-called "customer account" on their website, how embarrassing is that?

These deplorable practices say everything about the company and its owner.

Avoid this company!!! They are fraudsters. I have ordered more than 260 euros in models. They didn't send me 3 models. Most of the received models are damaged and have their boxes damaged. I had to pay VAT and TAX in my country for something I didn't receive. They said it would be refunded and they would send a new box. They were lying. They only sent me an empty tracking number. Please share this experience. Avoid this company. I will contact them using the advocate and we will see on International Commercial Court in France (Tribunal se commerce).

Rates on avis-verifies.com are fake!

The owner of this shop is rude. After sending him several mails, posting my question on his FB page of the shop and several pm's i made a PayPal case out of it. I asked him: why does the item say 'in stock' but still no shipping and why i paid 10€ more for the item than was indecated on the webshop. I got reaction within a few hours, saying he never got any of my mails or pm's. I paid 10€ more for the same item as on his webshop, never gave me an answer why. He asked me "can you read?". I must say: wow, very professional! anyway, zero communication further, he just shipped the item and i ended my PayPal case because i didn't wanna keep this going on for 10€. Conclusion: first and last time i buy something at that webshop.

Ordered three items over a year ago. One was preorder, other three supposed to be in stock. Never shipped any of them. Requests for refund ignored, over a year later I guess I'm out $300.

Paid one year ago for a so called pre-order which never came. No specific dates are give, just reference to pre-order and some supplier issues. Request for rerfund is ignored.
