Literal scammers
Literal scammers. They are unable to deduct money and make it your issue by adding more money and calling it "Verzugsschaden". As if it is not their fault for trying to deduct money instead of cancelling the access to the app or something of this sort. I do not even live in Germany anymore and keep getting this emails

It’s a scam
It’s a scam! I was trying to install an app to buy tickets for Karlsruhe as I am here for a week. As soon as I entered my data they informed Schufa and I got negative score for that! Now I have to wait 12 months to remove that negative score. What a scam!
