I would say 0 Stars if it was an option.. completely criminals and scammers.. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

HIGH GRADE SCAMMMERS
I reached out to the company to build a website with marketing and site optimization. They tell you one price to begin and then along the way, everything needs a price although what you initially asked for should have been covered under the original cost. They constantly changed companies, and made several mistakes. And finally, in order to hand over the project you paid for, they will extort you for more money. BEWARE!

The Newest crook of these Companies his name is Bill Watson, I don't think any of these people use their real names. I think they operate from Pakistan or India. They have made up addresses and company names. nobody with any of those names are at the addresses. Be Warned if you hire them They will Steal your money and not Deliver anything. then they will try to EXTORT MORE MONEY FROM YOU.

All of these people are Thieves, Call them Track them Down then call the police on them. Their all criminals and should be processed for Internet Fruad.

The entire company are crooks. They take your money and don’t do what their contracted to do. Then they try to extort more money from you. They say 100% money back guarantee, but they won’t give my money back. They have at least 3-5 different named companies that none of them are actual companies. This Logo company, Web Design Flix,& Blitz web solutions. All fake made up companies. There’s no physical location that they work from.
Mark Ryder, Devin Stalls, Marcelina Tish, Rob, Steve Phoenix and all of them are Crooks. Don’t believe anything they say. They will just keep trying to charge you more and more money.
Read all of the reviews of those 3 companies about how they rip off their customers. All True. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wanted to do branding for my online business. The branding was done by logo design flix and the branding was on point. I highly recommend them.

I recently started an online business and the first thing I needed was a website and a logo. I got a combo package from logo design flix. The logo was great and website had all the plugins and functionalities. If I could recommend them a 100 times I would. Great service by Logo design flix.

Logo design flix created an animated video for my brand. The video looks super awesome. The team was very professional throughout the project and the response I am getting on the video is great.

I am writing this review AGAIN because they deleted mine a few months ago. WORSE COMPANY I EVER HIRED. They stole over 5k for a service they NEVER did. I have prove, countless emails and text messages. They completely ghosted me.

I asked from the beginning if they can have a link and direct inquiries back to me they said YES and now over half year later tell me NO. Not to mention not even have correct info have information for across the country when I asked it to be my information added instead someone else I am told need to pay more money. I am told it was former employee that did my contract agreement however a company is till liable for contract they engaged in.

This is the best scam and worst company the never completes the web site and are very quick at asking for more money
The website never worked and came up with an error message and they try to make you pay for an add on to fix the problem after $10000 for the site and hosting plus they wanted another $7500 for the seo. Which the first round only produced traffic in the single digits

He offered several energetic and comprehensive options to choose from. He also went above and beyond to help me set up my social media accounts. I would highly recommend Mark Ryder if you need a person to take care of these things.Is awesome. I will certainly return to Mark as my business expands. I felt well taken care of.

Definitely worth the money don’t cheap out and try to do it yourself. You will be very pleased with the quality and turnaround time of your logo.

I had to submit ten samples to one of the prestigious companies as part of my deal. However, I was short on three, and I was running out of ideas for new ones. I booked one person from Logo Design Flix. I was really hoping the creative team to pull through, and they surely did. I am so thankful to the entire logo design team.

This “company” is a scam they use an American as a seller but the truth is this people is not even in the states I have being waiting for months. And they have being asking for more payments to make my shop work. I unfortunately did pay 2 more times and they haven’t done anything. I finally asked for a refund and they told me your website can be ready in 10 minutes … then why you didn’t finished in 3 months ??? They are SCAMMERS
and have being this for a long time. This is my second time leaving this review because they called me after the first time and they said I will not see my money until I deleted this so I did and anyways they never pay me. DO NOT USE this company

These people are cons. This company isnt operating from the USA, instead having the USA phone numbers bought as D.I.D numbers and operating it from india or pakistan. I own a telecom company too and sell the D.I.D numbers to many people. You can use any country's number by sitting somewhere else. They ripped me off, tried to lure me to go for the higher package. Their logo were so very bad that my 6 years old son can do a better job. They are SCAM. I stress, do not get your work done from this company as you will waste your time, energy and trust too.

I had Jack Brown and he made the process very easy. I received the logos in a timely manner and made some changes. He listened and made those changes to the designs and sent to me. From that I decided on a logo and he then sent me in all formats. I would highly recommend Jack Brown and his team! Thank you!

I purchased a logo design package from this company in April. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Not only was my experience HORRIBLE with terrible customer service and rude remarks, but I had to remind these guys to do their jobs like 15-20 times!! I would be waiting for them to get back with me on the next review or send me what they had come up with and days would go by even over a week sometimes and I would have to call or text every time to remind them to work on my design! They say they do it in “24-48 hours” HA! The process took almost 2 months!!! It gets better... Towards the end the manager calls me right before they’re going to release the rest of the designs I PAID for and tries to sell me into an encryption for the logo for $900!! I said no thank you and they hassled me for another 10 minutes about it having to tell them “no” a hundred times. Finally after that he says “well if you don’t buy the encryption we can’t send you the rest of the design package”... WHAT?! No where does it say that when you purchase this that it’s required to pay another $900 for something that normally cost about $50. On top of everything after I refused to pay that money for the encryption, my phone is now BLOWING UP with cold calls from random company’s, so I’m almost positive they sold my phone number as well bc my phone is now ringing off the hook everyday. I don’t normally write reviews especially negative reviews unless my experience was REALLY REALLY bad because I try and give company’s EVERY chance I possibly can before doing this. But they gave me no choice when they refused to provide me with what I paid for! Trust me people, DO NOT do business with this company!
