I am very pleased with the purchase

I am very pleased with the purchase. Best price for the product at the moment, fast delivery (4 days) and most important - very friendly and constructive communication with Mr. Bakker. I felt like I have personal account manager. So based on my experience I will definitely recommend the company and will contact them in the future, if needed.

I had placed an order for a 900 euro…

I had placed an order for a 900 euro monitor on the 22nd of July, which I paid in full via bank transfer. I was told that the item was in stock and that the warehouse estimate delivery on the 7th of August. Sadly no notice of shipment came through and all I get form them is that they have a problem with the manufacturer. Today I was told that I have to wait a couple of weeks more. I informed them that i don't want to do that and that i want to cancel the order. No reply. Nothing. Now I am beginning to feel like I may be dealing with a dubious trader. My lesson learned is never pay using a bank transfer; always pay using a credit card. Sadly its a 900 euro lesson. Avoid.

Update 2024 09 04:

Today I got refunded my money back.

Perfect service

Perfect service. Logiscenter established direct telephone contact with me and came right away with a perfect offer. Deal was closed in a few minutes and the shipment was ready a few hours later. Really fast service and top after-sales service.

So far so good!

I have been working with Antoine for quite some time now and all seems to be going pretty well. I am glad with our partnership so far. Equipment is being delivered and relationship management is in place from Logiscenter as well. Keep up the good work!

Service non-existent !

Service non existent with this crowd " Have been ordering off this company for years for my business, had issues with Star Micronics Printers which were under warranty, sent them back under Warranty ,Logiscenter claimed it was out of warranty, said I would have to collect the printer from San Sebastian in Spain if I wanted it back !

Second order I put it for a 500 euro Star Micronics Mpop drawer, Paid via Paypal on their website and they never sent it, they were super quick and helpful over the phone to make the order and claim I'd get express delivery. Eventually had to call their head office in Spain and speak in Spanish with Victor who finally traced my order after I had to send in bank statement screenshots for proof of payment.

Service agents Matthew Gowie and Ryan Harper never respond to emails either. You wont receive any contact with these two unless its for an order a payment. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered goods

Ordered goods, given reasonable time of delivery to Ireland, and delivered- to Spain. Now I am getting excuses instead of goods. Good work, keep it up.
