What a great product! Easy to install and extremely solid when installed. The loft insulation not compacted at all even with a depth of 450mm. The key is to set out carefully the rows of the stools then the rest is very easy even for somebody who does not do that much DIY. Cannot recommend highly enough. Transforms the loft storage. I have given a 4 rating as the delivery aspect of the service could be better - only 3 of my 4 boxes were delivered to start with so the work could not proceed which delayed matters and then when the 4th box was delivered the screws we ordered had been missed off! Other than this the product is excellent.

This is a really good system, well made, easy to install. Adequate space underneath, not too deep.

I had already put a raised floor on one side of the loft using another product, purchased from LoftZone for the other side, was not looking to expand storage just create a raised walkway from the loft hatch to the side of the house. The LoftZone product was far better than the other product and is far more robust. Would recommend purchasing the screws from LoftZone as they made easy work of the installation (did not have to pre drill)

I purchased a StoreFloor kit from LoftZone earlier in the year but didn't get to fitting it for a couple of months. When I did I discovered that I have one of the 3-5% of homes in the UK built with 45cm gaps between their joists, so couldn't use the standard cross beams.
LoftZone not only sorted out an order of the new beams in double quick time but also agreed to accept the return of the unused ones, despite nearly three months having passed. Communication, both by phone and email was helpful, suportive and friendly.
I'm very happy with both the product and the service provided by the company and will be using them again on my next job.

I purchased the Loftzone Store Floor earlier this month and had a good experiance fitting the product in my loft. The is lots of clear information regarding the product and installation etc. The product is robust and easy to install.
I had no issues with delivery and emails from Loftzone at the point of purchase explained how the delivery worked.
Overall a very posotive experiance and would reccomend.

There was an issue re delivery time but this was rectified by the service manager and we are very happy with the quality of the loft boards.

I bought a 3.6x3.6m kit. It's pretty decent. I'm happy with the product. They only supplied 200 screws but needed an absolute minimum of 228. also their instructions had contradictions about how many screws to use.

Very pleased with the store floor starter kit which was easy to fit. There were two issues the first was the couriers, who did not provide any delivery day or tracking, the item just turned up and luckily it came just as we were on our way out.Second one was there were two tri fitments missing, but after emailing lift zone they sent out the missing parts quickly. I still give 5 stars as courier issues were not loft zones fault, then the missing parts issue was quickly resolved although it did put the fitting of the flooring back a couple days.

Ordered the 3.6m * 3.6m compact flooring kit from the website, the kit was delivered promptly and is straightforward and easy to install. Looks good and feels secure, would recommend this product.
