Extremely obnoxious and rude staff. Call you and interrogate you and ask about your medical history with no right. Also enjoy trying to gas light customers into being upset.

I don't know why this place gets a rating of 3.8 when it has two 5* reviews. Here's another. I changed from my pharmacy because they take so long to dispense prescriptions. Lockwood dispense super quick. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and are helpful and chatty and they deal with EVERYONE equally and professionally. I go every 2 weeks and it's worth the 8 mile round trip for the top class service.
