Incredible quality and outstanding costumer service! You really get far more than you pay for!

I got far more than I was expecting. The set I bought included lovely, well-polished tools with very comfortable handles. Not comparison between these and my old set from another company. I also liked the range of different tools. Exactly what I needed.

But most of all I am blown away by the customer service. The founder contacted me himself and offered me a genuine level of care and customer service engagement I have literally never seen before in an online purchase. I feel like if I had any issues or questions, I could count on Otto to make things right, which is a rare thing these days.

Highly, highly recommended, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I just wanted to say how much help and support this company (Otto) has given me.
I thought I had left a review previously (looks like I never - sorry) to say a BIG thank you.
I purchased a lock picking kit from Lock Cowboy a while back with a training lock. Sadly there was a panel on the lock which popped open and the springs and tumblers all flew out.
I contacted them and advised regarding this to which I had a very prompt email to say how sorry they were that this had happened and to expect a refund shortly! I received the refund and thanked the company. Otto replied back saying they are releasing a new kit and would I like to be kept informed to try this out? to which I agreed.
several months had passed and to be honest I had forgotten all about it. I receive an email out of the blue from Otto asking if I was still interested in trying out the new lock picking kit.....free of charge!

I cannot rate this company highly enough - great work guys :D
