Great to get some local surveyor details however, all ive had today is phonecall after phonecall. I updated my preferred method of contact is email but my phone has not stopped ringing. This maybe down to the companies themselves rather than the website but really frustrating when working full time and phone wont stop.

Only one company replied to the query, but that was all I needed. I checked the name on the gov.uk register to confirm its validity before starting.

Only two of the recommended firms responded, of one which promised to revert within half and hour but did not hear anymore from. The second one said mine was not a project they would take on.

Easy comparison site to use when looking for an EPC. Didn't have to input a mobile/telephone number, so wasn't bothered by calls. Was looking for an EPC re sale of a shop property. Just received several quotes by email and these varied greatly in price. Chose the lowest cost and the service was excellent.
