Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 65 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall, strongly describing the entire operation as a disappointing waste of time and money. Consumers frequently stated that the generated leads were either completely nonexistent, already contacted by competing agents, or composed of extremely poor quality contact details. Some reviewers were not happy with the unexpected credit card charges occurring right after sign-up, aggressive onboarding upsells, and the strict refusal to cancel active contracts. People also mentioned that customer support was practically nonexistent, completely unhelpful during issue resolution, and that direct phone numbers were entirely missing from official communications.

Gave them 4 months to produce leads for…

Gave them 4 months to produce leads for me and nothing - totally waste of money and time. They said they were going to ramp up my campaign and get me more leads after I complained. I checked back after 3 weeks and asked how many new leads they got me and they said 1 lol. Joke of a company and they make you pay $97 a month for their CRM, my guess is they are paying very little for the CRM and just making $50 off each agent every month. RUN!

They promise you leads

They promise you leads. "Buy their CMA, Just pay them when you close. Then upsale share in the cost of marketing and pay a much smaller percentage at closing. The closer grilled me hard about following up with the leads so I (the realtor) didn't cost them money. No leads.

Scammers!!!

This company lies about what they provide. I was promised vetted real estate leads within a few weeks, it's been 2 months and I haven't received one even warm lead to follow up with. Every contact that came through opted out or responded in a way that leads me to believe they aren't "building ads" for me as promised to attract potential clients. It sounds like they purchase contact lists in my area and text, email, and cold call them until a response comes through, again every response has been an opt out.

They previously operated under "cheapassleads.com" and pulled the same garbage. Complete bait and switch scam. Do not sign up for this!

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. the promise was 50 qualified, vetted prospects per month. It took them two weeks to onboard my account. I did not received one vetted lead in two months- not one. I stopped payment with my credit card for month 3. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This is a scam company! Don't bother!

This company has been billing me for 2 years sice 2023 and never sent me one lead. They only reached out to me today. Because my car had expired...lol 😂 they wanted to keep getting free money from me.
I never got the CRM they promised, and this is my first time hearing from them in two years.

I contacted them from an add

I contacted them from an add. They upsell their program with a promise of more leads and closings. They basically say the add you responded to is for a subpar service but if you pay more it works since you need more numbers to see the best results. agreed to 150 leads a month and 3-4 closings in 90 days. They provided less than 50 leads the first month. When I called they said its an average but that is not what they tolled me or what I paid for. None of the recorded text, email or voice calls were positive or had any responses. They say its a numbers game and give it time. They charged me for two moths and refused the 30 day notice to discontinue. THEY ARE GETTING THEIR 3 months of BILLING. Did not provide the number of leads agreed to. Called people on the do not call list. Voice calls record people who purchased two years ago. Seems like old leads being re-contacted. Not worth the money or the double talk drama. Don't waist your time or money. I am not just disappointed. They tell you one thing in the Zoom Meeting and then the results are horrible and when you call them they just start using the - Well its a numbers game and oh we did not promise 150 leads a month its an average of 50. They provided less then 50 and when I pointed that out they say "We know what we are doing". Garbage service. Garbage support. No point of resolution. They say you can discontinue with a 30 day notice. I filled out their paper for that and was told -"Oh it 30 days after the 3 billings" Why would I need to discontinue after the 90 days if its only a 90 day term? It makes no sense just like all their other double talk. Reynolds, Breiana De Leon, Lauren Dresser, Kevin Pheley, Rachel, John Paxton and Brandon are all people I spoke with as reps during the process.
