Melbourne inner and outer north and western suburbs - Daniel Sacco from AMS Real Estate was the most amazing agent to work with, he truly helped to achieve the best financial outcome for me when selling my property.
Daniel operates from a place of integrity, honesty and for the best interests of his client.
Can't recommend Daniel more highly.

I do not recommend using local agent finder, i have worked with them for a while now and have become very money hungry i would say be careful for agents as they want commission even if you have prior contact with vendors and can prove this through communication and market appraisals and for buyers do your own research agents bump up their commissions to take in account the amount that Local Agent Finder take out.

Beware of Ray White COBURG - in our experience in them managing our 2 properties for approx 5 months, they were shocking, unprofessional, manipulative, had a lack of rental knowledge and continuously lied to us (we are landlords) by John, their Rental’s person. They lied to our tenant also and failed to meet their obligations as our managing RE Agents. I should have undertaken a review check as have since found numerous poor reviews about John, Ray White Coburg that state the same. Stay away from them.

AVOID providing your details, they mention in faq that they will not share your details unless you consent, but shares it anyway

Just a lure for your information so they can sell it to agencies. Doesn’t benefit you at all unless you want cold calls and you have to give a lot of information before you can access or browse anything.

I was very impressed with the speed in getting back to me, and in their knowledge of agents in my local area.
Also, within minutes of giving them the go ahead, I was on the phone with an agent which suited me perfectly!

Do not trust Harcourts in Caroline Springs dodgy as they come especially Nathan Hunt we are pretty angry and taking this further With solicitors

To the team at Harcourts Caroline Springs this is very disappointing how Nathan Hunt treated us after signing the agreement then we cancelled his services, it was not personal just business, he made it personal and will advise anyone in my circle not to.do business with you unless you want to lose money and put a $9000 caveat onto your house Nathan did no work and is unfair there should be a cooling off period we just chose another agent at the end of the next day.

We were treated like animals and thought they would wipe out that $9000 charge and remove caveat as we had settlement today and we just found out through my Conveyancer caveat was put on in November Nathan is just upset we chose another agent to sell and he missed out financially
