Horrible Company
As with all other reviews they are a bunch of crooks just looking for your money. They will never cancel your suscription and they will continue to charge your account again and again without letting you know. Their customer service is terrible with no answers and no explanations. You will also never receive any calls back from them. Dealing with them is hell. I swear never to use them again. And highly recemmend you to use a different company.

One of the dozy company I have ever seen in my life.After signing of couple of months with them they just change the plan .i read the mail but wasn’t sure how much they are charging without checking my bank.after checking my bank I saw only one month they charged around £60 from my account.Its just day light robbery.They did not send any bill or anything and without any contact with customer they keep charging & charging.So be careful with them.Very very bad customer service & customer services manager.They don’t understand anything & can’t explain properly.

"Unlimited" plan .. don't trust it
After becoming a paid customer with a specific plan which I was promised for 12 months.. 4 months in I get a phone call that I'm using the service more than my 'unlimited' plan allows and I need to pay now 3.5X more per month.. absurd.. immediately decided to cancel the service and never do business with them again, I guess they use the word unlimited just to close clients and they don't actually provide such thing.
