I have not received my order or any communication about it yet

Sent me a necklace instead of the earrings I ordered. When I wrote to them to enquire about sending me the earrings when they received the returned necklace, they never answered me. It’s been over a week since I emailed the company.. .no response. It’s been 5 days since UPS picked up the necklace to return and haven’t heard that it has been received. Pretty disappointing customer service. Won’t be buying anything from you again.

Just received some Vivienne Westwood earrings and they were in great condition and shipped out fast. But some of the packaging like the card was bent and it ended up not requiring a signature. Would buy again just keep in mind some packaging might be messed up.

I have been waiting for three weeks already to get an Order I placed. I called and wrote emails, dms and nothing happens. The guys on the phone does not understand what Customer care means. They think they are doing us a favor.. THREE WEEKS FOR GETTING ÍTEMS I PAID FOR Or MY MONEY BACK. THAT SIMPLE..

Never had such a bad experience in a store… My recommendation: DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. I only received a partial refund for the wrong item they have sent. Poor customer service that never answered to my emails, even though they indicate here that they contacted me privately. They prefer to ensure they keep a good reputation instead of answering to their current customers.

It is an expensive coat and it was nor properly packed. Just a simple piece of plastic. For a maxmara Coat, I would expect much better like in the shop?!!
