Extremely Poor Handling of Delivery…

Extremely Poor Handling of Delivery Issue + Incomplete Refund
I recently placed an order with LN-CC, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
My package was shipped from Italy, but FedEx tracking immediately showed false delivery updates, including “out for delivery” in another country, “returned to sender,” and finally “delivered” to a person I do not know (“B. Ellavia”).
FedEx confirmed the package was never delivered to me, yet LN-CC took a very long time to provide any clear information and did not take responsibility for the logistical failure.
Although I was eventually refunded, LN-CC only refunded the item cost — not the shipping costs, even though the order never arrived and the issue was entirely due to their shipping process. I paid for delivery of an item that was never delivered.
Overall, the customer service and problem resolution were unacceptable. The customer care was indifferent. I do not feel protected as a customer, and I cannot recommend ordering from LN-CC based on this experience.

Disppointment

I ordered a bag from a luxury brand and paid an extra fee for an express delivery. The purchase was supposed to be delivered on November 18th, then on 19th… nothing, I emailed, I called several times. No clear answer: probably on 20th… still nothing. Based on UPS tracking system, the purchase is struck in Köln and LN-CC tell me that they escalde the issue but cannot do anything!!! Why not resend a bag in a true express way? We are November 23rd, and I still have no information about the exact date of delivery for my parcel. Very disappointing given the price !

WARNING! FAKE SAINT LAURENT BAGS SOLD

WARNING!

In August 2025, during one of their sale promotions, I purchased several Saint Laurent bags from this store. One of the bags they shipped was the wrong model and came with authenticity cards that were clearly incorrect. I contacted their customer service at the time, but the issue was never resolved, and I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my bank.

Last week, while preparing one of the remaining bags as a gift for a family member, I noticed that the authenticity cards looked completely wrong compared to the genuine Saint Laurent items I own. I examined the bag more closely and noticed that the logo and the protective plastic also appeared off. I had purchased two of the same model, and the second bag had the same questionable cards.

I submitted both bags for authentication, and they were CONFIRMED FAKE. The earlier bag I disputed with my bank was also confirmed counterfeit. In total, I purchased five bags from this store: 2 were authentic, and 3 were FAKE.

I will be filing a dispute with my bank and contacting Saint Laurent regarding this situation. I have been a customer of this store for some time, and given that they present themselves as an authorized reseller, I never imagined this could happen.

For clarity, the boxes and dust bags the bags arrived with were genuine; however, the bags themselves and the authenticity cards were not.

If you purchased a Saint Laurent Le 5 à 7 Hobo Small Pink Suede or Large Burgundy bag from this store during the August 2025 sale, I strongly recommend having your items authenticated. The counterfeit bags are extremely similar to the real ones, and if not for the incorrect authenticity cards and atypical protective plastic, I may not have noticed they were fake.

Sent Wrong Shoes- Still No Refund

Sent Wrong Shoes- Still No Refund

Ordered size 10.5 shoe, paperwork showed 10 shipped and I queried, told that's what I ordered even though invoice showed 10.5 us. Received size 11 and returned quickly. Item was returned and received two weeks ago and have not received any refund. Paypal dispute not answered, I would never purchase from this company again, due to less than ideal dealings

Not good enough

No communication at all then after a week suddenly receive a refund. ........ I wanted the item not a refund. A message to at least say sorry but item is out of stock or there has been an issue wouldn't have hurt. Oh well, looks like won't be shopping here anytime soon.
