Disappointed. Very short (11 months) ‘use by’ date on Altruist SPF50 sun spray. Ordering and delivery service was good although default courier is Evri. I opted to pay a bit extra for Royal Mail.... See more

Over 3 weeks wait for common medicine
Have waited over 3 weeks for a common medicine to be delivered. They just say they are waiting for stock. My local pharmacist tells me they can order the medicine for next day delivery. Not a good service.
Don’t order from them
I ordered Mounjaro for my mother and their service has been so terrible. The pens were faulty twice so that’s almost £100 down the drain and they took payment for another round of medication but have not delivered or communicated a reason for the delay. Terrible service! Would never use them again I assumed they were a trusted and reputable supplier but this experience has been the worst

I fail to have my medicine daily due to their incompetence.
I always miss my medication. Not a month goes by where I don't run out of medicine. Lloyds either tells me they haven't heard back from my GP, which isn't true as my GP confirms they respond every time. This delay is followed by another when Lloyds never has anything in stock, leading me to run out of medication.
The app is a disaster, constantly crashing and with no updates for the last 7 months. Despite only offering delivery, they still ask how you want your order – it’s delivery only! Contacting them is nearly impossible, and if you need help, they make you jump through several questions.
An absolute disaster. Avoid if you rely on timely medication.
OMG what a rip off
OMG what a rip off. I signed up for weight loss jabs. On the website it looks really easy, just sign up etc. THEN they take your money and all of a sudden, you are being asked to make videos and upload them to authorise your treatment (never mentioned this before)!!! after a whole day of trying to upload to their site and receiving constant error messages, I gave up. I rang up to exercise my right to change my mind and was told that they only give back 50% of your money as a refund (WHAAT)? Please be very careful of this company, they take your money very quickly, but when you want it back, not so quick!!! I wish to state that I changed my mind within 3 days of signing up.. If this is how they treat customers, then god help us all.
So far i'm really disappointed
So far i'm really disappointed, money has been taken for the product but its yet to be released to me - this i understand and respect, you need to clarify details before prescribing BUT your terrible IT, customer service and website are letting you down - those are the issues that i cant get passed and its causing me huge frustration tbh after this experience i'm not sure i'll be back, very disappointing

Rude staff in our local five women all chatting we stood 15 minutes waiting to be served and they kept looking at us like we were disturbing them
Should have looked here before using
Should have looked here before using, they are crooks and try to streal your money online without sending the goods. Having to go through credit card company to get my money back.

As a 55-year-old woman struggling with my weight, I recently made a hasty decision to order fat injections. However, within an hour, I changed my mind and attempted to cancel the order. I was disappointed to receive a robotic response citing their terms and conditions, and informing me that I would only receive half of my refund. I was under the impression that all retailers allowed a cool-off period for such situations. I am deeply upset as I cannot afford to lose half of the money I paid. The lack of compassion in their response was disheartening. Regrettably, I will not be using their service again.
They use Evri to deliver time critical medication: that says it all
For the love of God, why the use EVRI as their delivery partner for weight loss medication that is temperature controlled? Seems wholly unprofessional. The medication got lost in transit. Imagine paying £400 for the highest dose and running out. No thank you.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!!!
Worst pharmacy to contact or buy from!! I initially order (online) few tubes of hc45 cream for a bad rash on my body after my doctor recommended this cream and my local pharmacy didn’t have it in stock! I answered the questions online purchasing this medicated cream honestly ! Next morning I woke up to a email saying :-
A pharmacist has rejected the item(s) for the following reasons: OTC Hydrocortisone Cream is for short term use. Long term use with a large quantity of tubes requires supervision by your doctor was cancelled and your payment has been refunded. Never had a refund come back so quick !!! Anyways a generic email sent to me isn’t acceptable I had already stated in questions it was under doctor orders but it’s shameful that no phone call to investigate this first, it's immediately turned down ..! Notified my doctor who advised to order a tube I decided to give them another chance this time woke up with email n refund (still no call ) saying it was out of stock but it clearing saying in stock at the time of email and has been in stock everyday for the past week !! They clearly just didn’t want to sell me this product so advised my family and friends to Stay away from this company and to anyone reading this. I won’t be buying anything from Lloyd’s again
PS. I was able to order this product from another company with no problems
Rude staff …
I have being dealing with the Lloyds Pharmacy in Aylesbury Tallaght on behalf of my ill mother for awhile.I am finding the staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful the shop is dirty and untidy. The staff definitely need to be trained on people skills
Always needed to wait
Always needed to wait. Prescription ordered day before and next day is still not done. Another 30-40 minutes wait on pharmacy.
I've been sold-off like a commodity.
This company has provided me with an adequate medication delivery service for several years, but it now appears I've been "sold-off" to Pharmacy2U, like a commodity. No consultation, no choice. Pharmacy2U claim that the have been "working with Lloyds Pharmacy to make a seamless transition, but this is absolutely not the case. It has been several hours of struggle over several days to get my repeat prescription for heart medication set up, I have one day's worth left, and not sure they will arrive on time. I have managed a "transfer of undertakings" myself in the past and would be deeply ashamed if one of mine had been handled this badly. Pharmacy2U seem to be a complete shower, who are intent on ensuring no customer can ask a question or get any human service. Recommend people to avoid both companies.
I got ripped off
An absolute disgrace of service. I bought some weight loss drugs online. I have never received anything from Lloyds pharmacy and when they said they required a video of me in my underwear before posting out the weight loss product. I replied explaining that I did not have a smart phone and did not really want a friend filming me in my underwear in order to complete the purchase so asked for a refund.
They then said that a refund was not possible, but I could have 50% of the money back. To be clear, this was five days after my initial purchase and I had received nothing, they had done nothing but claimed half of my purchase price £173.
For a medical company to run such a refund scam is unbelievable. I have tried to post the photograph of their reply but have not been able to upload the photo as I do not have a smart phone.
But overpaid pharmacy company robbing poor people in a vulnerable position is frankly disgusting. I hope that they see this review and are ashamed as they should feel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE; AS YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
Expensive and deliveries always late
Ordered and paid for next day delivery twice, both times it arrived 3 days later (in fact, at time of writing, my 2nd delivery still hasn't arrived - it's Wednesday, ordered on Sunday and paid for next day).
They're expensive already, but to take extra for quicker deliveries and twice let me down isn't something I'm overjoyed about.
Sort out your logistics and stop using Evri for deliveries.
I'll be looking elsewhere for future purchases, suggest you do the same.
Scammers!
Ordered and completed an online form to get Wegovy. I tried about 6 times over 2 days to upload a video showing my ID, body and weight, but it never worked. Finally I decided to cancel the order as the money was still showing as pending. After cancelling, they took all the money. Now they’re saying they charge £85 for the assessment. Checking the online form for a few minutes doesn’t cost £85. They are scammers. I checked the online refund/ cancellation policy and no where does it state they take 50%. If they were a descent company, they would make this crystal clear before people order medication. I’m absolutely livid and will warn everyone I know about this horrid pharmacy. Obviously I will never order anything from them again or go into any of their pharmacies. I will do everything in my power to recoup the £85. I will not put up with this.
Horrendous Lloyds pharmacy at the Freeman hospital.
How Lloyd’s pharmacy get's away with treating sick and elderly patients in such a disgraceful manner is beyond me. My wife and I have been collecting medication for our friend from Lloyd’s pharmacy at the Freeman for the last six months. Every time we go we have a diabolical experience. Today was yet another nightmare of chaos stress and disorganisation. We waited 45 minutes to be told that our friend’s prescription ( which we had handed in at 10:00 the previous morning) was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minute before we got all the items.
Standing in line for an hour and fifteen minutes in a cramped poorly ventilated corridor is totally unacceptable. There were very sick patients, elderly frail people and fractious children with stressed parents.
The pharmacy has been getting extremely poor reviews for years, it is time something is done about it.
Lloyd's Pharmacy in Uni Coventry Hospital are crap.
I live near Dudley but had to go to Uni of Coventry Hospital for my Kidney Transplant now this is a minimum of a 45 minute drive for me making it a long day. Now there are some medication I can only get from a Hospital pharmacy this being Lloyd's in the Coventry hospital and every time there is a problem with them. Now they are a national company but they refuse to send my medication to a local Lloyd's pharmacy to make it easier for me But no they want me to drive 75 miles round trip spend god knows how much on car parking because it's easier for them, Now I don't work because of my health I have other conditions which I am under DGH for. You cant even contact head office because a stupid robot answers. It's about time Lloyd'd put customers first.
Coxheath Maidstone Lloyds Pharmacy is…
Coxheath Maidstone Lloyds Pharmacy is absolutely totally incompetent. I'm hoping Aurelius who have taken over will make positive changes, ie Stop closing for 1 hr every lunchtime. Change there personal office procedure which is NOT picking up phone until there overnight work I'd completed! I've just been told that's what they do after ringing at 9am and holding on line until 10:31am 1st in queue, 1hr 31min on hold. Ridiculous.
Coxheath has a very large population with so many unable to attend chemists along with carers who care 24/7 where the phone is there only way of communication with Pharmacy.
Lloyds Pharmacy went into bankruptcy due to its horrendous customer service and incompetentence within each Lloyds chemist, including Coxheath, if Aurelius want to turn this around and actually make money they need to seriously look into the work ethics, opening hours and competence of every small Lloyds Pharmacy individually.
Absolutely atrocious in this day and age.
I stopped going to Lloyds Pharmacy as…
I stopped going to Lloyds Pharmacy as my medication was always late. I put my repeat prescription in online through my doctors, and every time I went to the pharmacy they never had it ready because their “delivery was late”. As I am disabled, it was a real inconvenience going back and forth. The last time was when I was due to go on holiday. Ordered from the doctors and it was authorised that day. Gave a few days for the pharmacy to do the prescription and when I went to collect, I was told they were waiting for the delivery to come in.
I asked them to deliver it to my address, to be told we don’t offer that service. When I pointed out all the posters saying delivery, they said yes if you sign up. I had to ask again and they went to speak to the manager, to be told they would do it “this time”, but next time they would charge.
I had waited a week for this to be done.
The queues were always out the door, with people missing items, collecting items that were short, or generally waiting over 30-45 minutes for their prescription. Tried a different branch and the same thing. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Make you feel that you are an inconvenience especially when they are busy.
Your processes don’t work. I certainly won’t be using you again especially as you have joined forces with Pharmacy 4 u, who are equally rubbish.
I go to another pharmacy now and never have to wait. Always delivered on time but a friendly man and even though they are sometimes short with my order, I get it a day or to later, never have to go back and forth.
Get your staff some training on dealing with customers and remember we can go elsewhere.
