I contacted LLB solicitors after a hairdresser damaged my hair through over processing. I sent photos and details of the incident to LLB solicitors and received a call from Mr Lee Jones after further discussion I was advised I had a case and was offered guidance on how to proceed should I wish to do so.

Mr Jones acted on my behalf and was extremely professional and supportive keeping me updated throughout the process. He responded immediately to any queries or concerns I had and his professionalism and support was outstanding.

I was notified that my case had reached a conclusion on the 7th October 2022. The compensation I received far exceeded my expectation the defendant settled out of court. I had expected and was prepared to go to court with the case if the need presented itself.

I researched online solicitors that could help me after the hairdresser I went to damaged my hair with heat, and I came across LLB Solicitors. I sent the photos of the damage to them and was told that I have a case.

It was a very easy process on my side because all I had to do was explain the situation surrounding the incident, provide documentation, go to Trichology appointment to assess the damage.

Me Lee Jones kept me updated every step of the way and signing documentation was quick and easy via e-signatures, as opposed to waiting for paperwork through the post.

After having my hair damaged with bleach at a salon, I wasn’t happy with their response, so decided to take matters further. I came across LLB solicitors online and decided to go with them and their no win no fee. After filling in a form online, I was contacted shortly after by Paul Mcnulty who explained everything to me so I could consider if this was what I wanted to do. I decided to go ahead. My experience with this law firm has been awful. From the outset they collected reports for my claim and said the level of damages I should get, having signed a no win no fee agreement and Lee as my solicitor. As the case progressed I never sent details of Correspondence with the other side who made offers which I weren’t happy with. Then Nigel Barrowcliff would start sending me emails with the threat of me paying his costs if I didn’t settle. I kept getting this pressure from the firm, even though he failed to advice me correctly on a particular document and to this day no apology has been forwarded. Finally I settled at an amount far less than they led me to believe and decided to take what they want with John Turner refusing to send me my file to review unless their costs were paid in full. I have a feeling this firm does this all the time, placing pressure on their clients to settle early so they can get their costs.

I’ll be now taking legal action against them for the difference

I can not thank Lee Jones and your team and everyone involved in my case enough. Yous have been absolutely amazing and not one fault. Communication through out has been clear and consistent and you have helped me throughout.
