Stock seems to be an issue
Love their shoes and am a regular customer in more recent years. Only marking three stars as twice now, I have ordered a handbag only to receive an email a few days later to say that it is out of stock. Please update your systems. I have never had this with any other retailer and it is both disappointing and frustrating.

Mostly great
Just bought two pairs of shoes, two days apart - one ordered from a concession and the other was ordered online.
Gill in Elys Wimbledon went out of her way to source a pair of Floret heels that were sold out online in my size. Instead of simply telling me they were no longer available like many other stores would, she not only checked the national store inventory, she called a store a couple of times for me and then faxed them my request. The next day Alisha in the Richmond store called to say they had been able to track down a pair in Newcastle and would have them posted to me asap following payment. Such brilliant service!
My only gripes are the pair I bought online did not come with a dustbag, and delivery costs are not included - at over £100 a pair I would've hoped for the dust bag at the very least.

Wonderfully attentive shop assistants in the Richmond Branch, Fitura and her colleague could not have been more helpful. I bought a belt and some earrings which were beautifully packaged, not like some other similar places that don't offer this service anymore. Highly recommend a visit to this store, you'll get the best customer service!
