ordered background for my bearded dragon tank took the order and money was told it would be 28days for shipping which was fine, money was took for the back ground, messaged the guy on multiple platforms facebook messsenger, text message, whatsapp and email for updates on the background progress and it got read but no reply
Long story short (because I’ve wasted enough time on this company) they took my money but totally blanked me when I asked for an update a few week into the build (or so called build) after I waited the full 28 days they required I try getting in contact again and they Totally blanked my emails, SMS texts, Facebook messages & also what’s app messages. I hade to file a case with my bank to get my money back…
