Recently Livetribe underwent a facelift and revamp and so I though any problems with the site were due to this. Having patiently waited many months now I can see nothing is going to improve. To wit:
1. The site/surveys are 100% incompatible with Firefox (my preferred browser).
2. Even using chrome I think I've been allow to finish exactly ONE survey
3. The gift card rewards that you could formerly redeem at Amazon, EBay and other practical places, now are only redeemable at expense high-end stores where $20-30 is barely a drop in the bucket.

What has happened to you Livetribe?

horrible...used to be a decent site but what came later was having my account abruptly cancelled (despite accumulating enough to cash-in) after having been with them for YEARS.
they do NOT 'reward' user loyalty & can throw in your face blanket 'reasons' such as: "providing junk responses which are not usable.".
when WE are asked for OUR opinions, we should NOT be 'punished' for giving them if they do not fit the desired 'answers'. in that regard, they're skewing/distorting their own 'data'!!
use another site that does NOT treat users poorly - there's many others, but livetribe really is bad.
oh & as for the time you put in/get paid, really below average. takes months to 'save up'...sites like octopus pay way higher for the time spent.

Its a scam!! After spending enormous time I was told the redemption takes around 2 months. And after waiting for 2 months ( meanwhile I took mamy more surveys) when took a follow up for voucher, they kept providing different dates and fianlly blocked my account!!

Hi I am leaving this review because i am tired of waiting on redemptions for a gift card for $30 which i redeemed on the 10 Aug 2024, it is now nearly 7 weeks which is far too long in this day & Age,

I hope that the new Partner Pureprofile will notice this & try to speed things up otherwise i may just leave them.

I redeemed $50 to Paypal nine weeks ago, have reached out to support, no reply. Poor job, LiveTribe.

I have been waiting for over 11 weeks for a redemption. Not only have they not paid, but they ignore my emails. I guess I wasted my time and effort.

Another easy way to earn a little extra money while doing surveys from your home PC, LiveTribe surveys make it a simple job to do in your spare time.

LiveTribe from my experience seems to be an honest and reliable company.
