The website was easy to use to find incredible seats for the match. The whole process for the booking and digital tickets was very easy.
The stadium was buzzing and the stadium sooo good for feeling a part of the play.

Excellent - kept informed every step of the way. Tickets were a last minute purchase, 3 hours before kick off. With an excited son, we set off for the game on purchase of the tickets but we worried about scams!

Ticket arrived in my inbox within a couple of hours of me paying for it. Comms good throughout and price was reasonable - very happy with the whole experience.

The ticket came through quickly on my mobile after booking last minute.The only negative thing is the service charge and admin fee on top of the ticket which is already expensive and there is no benefits for NHS staff like myself. Football ticket net.com give NHS staff discount.

Slightly expensive, my team got beat, but ticket buying process worked well.

Bought tickets on friday for manchester city vs arsenal, never received sent numerous messages said they were sent , link they sent me you couldn’t download this was going on
for 2 days back and for, all messages i was receiving from them were robotic and same message constantly being sent back to me, bought 2 tickets from another site had them within the hour this is 2nd time this has happened do not use as now there trying to blame myself terrible service

I was really unsure if the tickets for Man City v Arsenal would work but we had absolutely no problems getting in.
