Ordered football tickets at 10am for a match at 3pm. Tickets were sent across at 10:10am, no issues at all and would definitely use again.

Bought tickets to the Community Shield yesterday. Bought them 4 hours before the game and the tickets arrived 2 hours before kick off.

Had no problems and definitely would buy from here again!

I booked 2 seated tickets together in the Arsenal end for the community shield match v Man city. Cisting £470 in total. From booking my tickets back in june for this match it was smooth, simple with good communicarion from the minute of purchase. Providing tracking details etc. Everything was going fine snd seemed legit. Right up until the day before 15th august i had no concerns. However i was told the tickets would be delivered via mobile to me the day before the match., and not to worry. All day i waited , checking the tracking, checking emails but nothing. No sign of the tickets. I waited until 3pm on the 15th, leaving 24 hours until kick off but still no tickets. I emailed back and forth requesting my tickets only to be met with automated emails, full of excuses and no substancial infirmation regarding my tickets. This caused major red flags by now. I was told its all fine, tickets should arrive asap, please be patient etc. Well that day came and went. The morning of the game 16/08/26 still nothing. I emailed again, and again it took me three times before i had any sort of response. Literally 3hours before kick off the tickets arrived in my inbox. Bare in mind we had to travel over an hour to get there. I was in such a state of panic and frustration. This took over my whole weekend. Well, anyway the tickets arrived. Made our way to the match and they scanned the QR code in all fine. The seats were amazing with cracking views!! My son had the best day. My advice is order from this site at your own risk. The reviews arent great and i honestly thought i had been scammed. But the tickets arrived on the day of the match and luckily i had time to travel. Arsenal won and made my sons day. Please be careful when ordering off this site. We are lucky it paid off in the end but others may not be so lucky. Risky but extremely rewarding getting to see the mafch with such cracking seats.

Got a ticket for FA community shield game. It was a great experience, good seat. Was very helpful with any questions I had as well. Will be using again in future.

Hubby bought him and my 2 x sons newcastle tickets for yesterdays match..yes he paid a daft amount but the seat location was fab after they EVENTUALLY GOT IN , however the tickets didnt scan and they were sent to the box office they missed kick off and lets just say the season ticket holders who sold their tickets for this game at a greedy amount will be getting a warning at the very least as their seats should of been given to the club on re sale. We wont be purchasing again off this site

Paid £160 for community shield tickets, on getting to the gate found that the tickets had already been used. I guess they are sold to multiple people and the first to get there gets in?

Won't use again.

Appalling website, led to believe we had tickets and the none. AVOID at all costs
