Excellent service
Excellent service - ordered on a Tuesday evening, had it in my hands by 10am Friday! I was panicked because I was about to run out and Little Formula saved the day. Also, express shipping was free with only 3 boxes of formula, AND we got some free chocolates. Will definitely order from them again

I ordered my formula over 3 weeks ago. I still haven’t received it. I have submitted tickets and reached out to littleformula several times and no one has bothered to get back to me. Was promised 2-4 days shipping. Very terrible customer service

Fast, professional
They kept me very up to date on when my daughter's formula would be arriving, and it arrived very fast. There was a batch report in case of a recall, with the boxes. It also comes with instructions in English. I feel very confident in the formula I bought from them, at a great price!

I order regularly for our little one and we always get exceptional service. I did miss my postcard this time in our order but that's ok. I have noticed a change in shipping lately that FedEx reschedules my delivery for weekday only after they tell me my delivery is out on a truck.
