Durability and service
Unfortunately can't recommend the product or the company. Previously I left a good review which I have now deleted due to recent experiences.One of the lids had started to split into two, I notified them and have no response, very poor service. On the plus they do/did look nice

Amazing customer service & beautiful goods!
Such lovely items and amazing customer service. This is my second purchase from Little Crafts London and the items are just as beautiful as the first ones. I had an issue where I couldn’t find the labels I wanted for some pots so reached out using their online form and I had an answer within a few hours and my order was updated accordingly so I received everything I needed! Couldn’t recommend enough.

What an absolutely amazing little company, they've honestly got the best customer service team. They handled my tiny issue with so much ease and so smoothly to get everything resolved. Bought some glass bottles from Little Crafts London a few years ago but have recently changed from silver to brushed brass accessories so all I had to do was change the tops. The new pumps arrived promptly and are brilliant and the quality is outstanding. Perfect match with my other accessories in my new bathroom.

Acacia wood lazy susan turntable
Bought a wooden lazy susan. Not fit for purpose as it’s unstable. Bought for condiments at the dinner table. As soon as an item is removed , the whole thing topples over. Not fit for purpose. Little crafts London did not post my review or offer any feedback.
