LBH gets 10/10 from me. I attended one of their events with Barbara O’Neill and whilst there I purchased many of their products. It was great to listen to Barbara and to receive great health advice and better still to be able to purchase the products that I needed. I will definitely look to attend more events and to continue to purchase the healing products that I need.

I found the slippery elm that gels and mucilage upon adding hot water and stirring it vigorously. This is what I was looking for so that it coats my sore throat and heals. It's also excellent for my stomach lining damaged due to acid reflux. I don't eat after 5 pm so I don't get acid reflux anymore.
