Litter Bins was established in the latter part of 2012, but is part of the well-established Jaydee Living Ltd business. We pride ourselves on our customer care and if you feel we have not met your expectations in any way then please let us know.
We are lucky to be based in the wonderful Cotswolds and have a large warehouse just off the M5 stocking approximately 400 different product ranges.
Litter Bins offers an extensive range of bins for schools, offices, homes and other environments. We offer very competitive pricing on single items and even better discounts for anyone buying multiple products.
We always try to source British where possible but have a large network of manufacturers all over the globe that we utilise if the product and price is right.
As well as offering litter bins to help the environment, we also use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging and to keep our products protected we use biodegradable air pockets.

recycling bin
This was the second recycling bin I purchased for the office from this company as the first experience was good. What great service. Their website is easy and clear with lots of options. After putting the order in, I was informed straight away that the item was out of stock but it would be sent as soon as it was available again and true to their word it came the following week.

I ordered 3 bins but 1 of them was a different colour to the others. They were for a special event so we couldn't use them Customer service were excellent handling my return which was quick and easy.

I am a new customer and found it all really straighforward
I am a new customer and found it really easy to find what I was looking for and place an order. Once placed, I had an admin query so used the chat feature, which was promptly responded to in a non generic way.
Being a new customer this was a really positive first experience. I cannot yet comment on the delivery or product as I have only just placed the order.

Well made strong plastic dustbin with clips to stop the top blowing off. I wanted a colour other than black & there was a good range of colours to choose from. Next day delivery a bonus.

Ordered round bins but square ones were delivered. Good response from the team to rectify however, opted to keep square as time was a factor.
When opened and installed, 1 was a slightly different colour to the others.
Disappointing when you are spending £1000 on bins.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the mistake of sending the incorrect bins. This was an error on our side which led to us accidently sending the wrong style of bin.
You had placed your order on the 17th and we dispatched the bins on the same day for delivery on the 18th. We were notified of the mistake on the afternoon of the 18th and we arranged to have the incorrect bins collected on the 19th and to be replaced with the correct bins on the sam day. I am sorry we were not able to rectify the problem any sooner than that. We then heard from you that you were happy to keep the ones we had mistakenly sent and cancelled the dispatch and collection.
I wondered if you were able to send pictures of the different colours of bins? We were not aware of a difference between the colours of bins. The colour choice you selected would have all been made from the same wood and should not been any variation in colour.
Finally, I am sorry for the human error that led to you getting the wrong bin and I am sorry that our plan to fix the issue did not warrant more than a one star review. Please do accept our apologies and if you are still interested with working with us in the future we believe we can deliver a better service.
