Poor service

Listing was posted with inaccurate information. Requested an update on a Thursday and it wasn't uploaded until the following week. Sold the property and went through the update steps described and didn't hear anything for multiple weeks while the listing stayed on the market, even after the sale was complete. No response from the help emails they ask you to use. For positives...they did at least list it on the MLS with the price I said but I'm sure there are other companies that will do it better for a comparable price.

List with the Otter FALSE ADVERTISING

List with the Otter advertises that they can get your home sale on your local MLS. I paid the fee to sign up and was told they could only put me on the state MLS “AFTER” I paid in full. Listing my home on our state MLS does me no good, I needed to be on our city MLS, like they advertised, so I asked for a refund. List Woth the Otter would only give me a partial refund. Beware, you may not be getting what you are promised, a local MLS listing, you also will NOT get a full refund for their false advertising. There are other companies that will deliver what they advertise so I advise you to go elsewhere if you are seeking a listing on your city MLS.
