Ive had several items from Lisa Angel over the last few years and all have been fantastic quality. However its the customer service that really stands out. When i had an issue with an item not being received, they went above and beyond to ensure i got a replacement asap. Cant recommend enough!

Great customer service, when Royal Mail messed up on their end, this business was very responsive & kept in contact and even offered a replacement! Lovely people & so happy with my purchase!

I hoped for something that combined a number of the necklaces on the website, so a bespoke piece. The team were amazing on the chat line, and we managed to organise exactly what I wanted.
I placed the order on Saturday morning and it arrived on Monday before much.
The necklace with the fingerprints are just perfect, and the engraving on the rear side makes it even more special.
Lisa Angel and the team went the extra mile for me and I have now got the perfect gift for my daughter-in-law. Thank you all so much.

I had a problem with mu husband’s bracelet. I telephoned the company and within 24 hours a replacement was dispatched, no quibble. Excellent service provided by Lucie who also kept me well informed.

In a world where shabby service seems to have become the norm it has made a refreshing change to find such an amazing company. I ordered an item of jewelry and received it in less than 48 hours which is great service in itself but what makes this even more amazing is that the item was also personalized. The bracelet is fabulous quality for the very reasonable price and the personalization was added with care. It is absolutely perfect and cannot praise and recommend this company enough. A 5 star review but would have given at least 50 stars if the option was there.

I ordered a personalised wine glass for a birthday gift but it wasn’t very well wrapped and unfortunately, it smashed when Royal Mail threw it over my fence! I contacted Lisa Angel and the customer service team were so helpful. They replaced the glass within 1 working day, were very apologetic and ensured the replacement was properly wrapped. I would buy from them again because of this speedy service. The item itself is beautiful.

Brilliant customer service, ordered a hamper for my nieces 21st, thought I had put her address in for delivery but the order confirmation came through as my address. Emailed and within the hour a replie to say it has all been amended.
Will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughters birthday it was absolutely gorgeous and she was so pleased with it however I ordered the wrong size chain and it was to small for her, I emailed and the told me exactly what to do I sent the original chain back free of charge and within a few days received the correct size, it didn’t cost me anything extra which I expected, I would definitely order again I’m already looking at Christmas presents, thanks so much.

I have purchased a few items of jewellery from Lisa Angel and have not been disappointed.

While thinking about a birthday present for my daughter-in-law I received an email from Lisa Angel about scarves. It wasn’t something I would have thought to get her but decided to buy one.
I’m so glad I did, it’s lovely and soft and came in a bag which also included a gift card which I totally forgot I had done.
Even my husband who doesn’t normally comment on presents I buy for family agreed with me that it was a lovely soft scarf.
I ordered it on 3 October and received it 6 October.
I would certainly recommend this company.
