I ordered a size 10 pair of jeans, but they wouldn’t even go past my knees. There’s no way these are a true size 10—more like a size 6 at best. When I first saw the waist size after taking them out of the packaging, I thought there must have been a mix-up, but the tag confirmed they were marked as a 10. I purchased them at a steep discount, and now it’s clear why they were so cheap. Based on how these fit, I’d need to order a size 14 or even 16 to get a proper fit, which is ridiculous. I’ll be donating them to charity. Very misleading and disappointing.

I purchased a hoodie that was significantly shorter and of much lower quality than advertised. Despite the misleading product images, I was told I would have to cover the return shipping costs, which feels like a scam. I contacted customer service, but they refused to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. I will be disputing this charge through my bank and advise others to be cautious when buying from this company.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered 2 pairs of jeans which didn’t fit, it was a real mission to return them, no return slip in order, no significant detail when I actually managed to return these 2 items on line, I paid £56 for 2 pairs of jeans which where too small and I only received £28 back, they only refunded me for 1 pair, I could take it further even though I paid £10 to return them obviously the weight is calculated in this payment, will never ever purchase from this company again and my advice is to anyone else thinking of making a purchase, I would definitely look elsewhere !!!

Jeans arrived perfectly and after one wash a belt loop came unstitched and the zipper broke, so can no longer wear them…when i requested a replacement i was offer a 50% refund as my size is out of stock. Really unfair, expect a full refund for a faulty product especially when i’m unable to order a new pair.

I had a denim jacket that i had to send back because it came faulty and the replacement had the same flaw , I didn’t bother after that , must’ve been some bad batch or something, customer service was good , overall experience good

I think the clothes are awesome. Great styles and quality materials. The prices are great too. I highly recommend for the products and the great service..

I’ve ordered quite a few items from this company and I have to say the quality is great, which is always what I’m looking for when it comes to clothes as cheaper quality items end up costing more overtime having to replace them and the prices are very reasonable considering how great the quality is, customer for life here
